These shows usually do 1 of 2 things. 1. They are real cases that are from that cities civil court docket and the actors do a reenactment of the arbitration. 2. People are sourced or people apply to come on and they get flight, food, and stay for free and each get $5000 as thats the max payout in civil cases. Then whatever the ruling is that amount comes out of that persons cut of $5000. So if someone had a ruling in their favor for $3000 they would only receive $2000 for the appearance and the other person gets their full $5000
Case#1 Felt sorry that the guy she wanted to have a baby with lends money they both allocated for invitro . He should’ve discussed it with her prior to lending this money. I am glad she is getting $1,500 . Pretty dirty of him to tell her he was having a baby with someone else while in court . Hope he felt good about himself.

A man will never understand how low it feels to not be able to get pregnant, even if it's on the man( sperm count issues).
