What a nice and robust trolleybus system! It’s nice to see especially in a time when trolleybuses are slowly being replaced by (in my opinion) inferior battery electric buses. However, as you’ve previously said, Vilnius seems to lack of a tram and metro network which I think seriously makes it lack behind the other Baltic capitals of Riga and Tallinn. However, I’m saying this as someone who’s not been to either yet. Hopefully I get a chance to visit these cities in the future. And hopefully Vilnius can build at least a tram network!
Will you do Bratislava's tram and trollybuses video, too? I like your videos, good job. Maybe little thing, can you visualise new line which you talking about actually in your videos,by another colour as is a rest of whole net. For example in Prague's tram video I can even noticed new line in scheme after line 10 I guess. I am sorry, I dont whant to be mean. I apreciate your work.
Hi, First of all, thank you! A video about Bratislava’s trams will be published in early 2023 :) 🇸🇰 And yeah, in the animation I will highlight the lines a bit better next time 😁
Informative video, thanks. In addition to mention route 13 diverted to 18 since June 2022 and does not exist anymore. Also i strongly doubt about extension of trolleybuses system to the other parts of Vilnius.
The Wilno trolleybus network is very similar to that of Lublin in Poland but trolleybuses there seem to be more modern. I wonder when (and if ever) the Lithuanian capital would get a tram ?
Vilnius should get some rail-based transport, but the local politicians think the (trolley)buses are still sufficient (which they clearly aren’t). I hope this mindset changes. Let’s see what happens after the municipal elections early next year :)
Не насчёт столицы, но тоже в Литве. Недавно читал, что в Клайпеде хотят открыть трамвайную сеть с тремя маршрутами, один из которых должен быть междугородним и пройти в Палангу. Осуществят ли задуманное - неизвестно.

Most people who are car-people know that the public transport is inadequate in the city. The municipality severely lacks a vision.
So informative :)
Thank you!

i think that Riga has more advanced troleybuses we have a lot of stretched troleybuses but Vilnius has great ones too.
