I have been experiencing this same things since last 4 months. Could you please please please help me on this ? What kind of test and examination is needed to diagnose this ?

You need to visit an MD Medicine,
Most probably it is due to HYPERDYNAMIC Circulation (like the heart is functioning more) and is seen with (Anemia, Thyroid disorders, Pregnancy and some cardiac problems like Aortic Regurgitation)
When visiting the MD, ask them that it bothers you and what should be done next.
Generally, they will run some blood tests and may also order an ECHO.
Treatment is guided based on your underlying disease.
