It's actually "見てこれ" (Mite Kore). Mite is the te-form of "Miru" or "Mimasu". Kore means "this".
It's not.. 'kure' in 'mite kure' is short for 'kureru' and is used to make a request, as in '(please) watch'

@@snigelosenap あ、そうだ！I didn't expect this form of slang. You might be correct. 見ってくれって is often used in my family, being an abbreviation. But as far as I know, the term くれ isn't used to say "Look at this". That'd be これを見ってください or, if you want to make it more like an "order", you'd say 見って！ Or これを見って！
What I have heard though is the use of くれ in a form of "Thank you for...". So like "Thank you for Watching" would be 見ってくれありがとう！
Regardless, you may still be correct. My family is partially Japanese, hence why I thought I could leave some knowledge here. But your point could also very well be truthful here. I didn't think of that. Thank you for reminding me!
Is Japanese really that vague of a language? Because I've seen a lot of anime fans online arguing over what exactly a character is saying.

Unlike english for example, japanese often emits things like pronouns and instead of using words to confirm context, they simply use suffixes and the cosmic knowledge of being hyperaware of every possible dimension of a social interaction (because not being able to do that would be seen as rude). They also seem to have a tendency of communicating in soft metaphors and proverbs, that once again would need you to have sufficient cultural knowledge. And that is just before the accents, dialects, multiple possible readings for a single word that are entirely different from one another etc.
