Thanks for your great videos, Lynda! I really enjoy your content. I am hoping you could make a video covering how to gain admission into social work programs in the USA and Canada, especially with scholarship opportunities.
I'm a 52-year-old from Nigeria who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives through caring and social work. I would love to know if there are social work degree programs available for international students in the USA and Canada, and what the process is for applying and securing scholarships.
Could you provide some guidance on finding and applying to suitable social work programs that are accessible for international students like myself? Any advice or information you can share would be extremely helpful.
I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks again for all the great work you do!

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you can study social work. You may consider searching for schools that have partnership with MPOWER for the USA or PASSAGE for Canada. I believe their partner schools are verified, and you can access funding if you need it along the line. Also, consider certificate programs that are eligible for PGWP and then transition to social work while you are in Canada.
      Hope this helps.
      All the best
