Luvs this weeks video we are doing a little self care. That time of the month and it does get hard for us to want to get out of bed, but there are little things we can do to make the days much better. I am taking a shopping trip to target to get a couple hygiene products some are new to me and i wanted to try some are regular stuff either way we are giving ourself some self care that is needed

Reusable period underwear u wash then the dipaer like ones u throw out i have both lol 🤣 and tampons and pads .... Each period is different for me what i use and got cups and disc lol but as they last 10 11 years so im working on using throw out stuff first

I stay safe with overnight or extra heavy flow lol

U save money with cups and disc cayse u only need 1 for 10 to 11 yearz u steam it clean or boil my goal is to only.use cup and disc and liners and maybe throw out period underwear for periods im just to sick lol or more resusble period underwear in heavy light and moderate

Tyanol dont do anything for mine i tske perios pain meds or extra extra advil or Motrin and i have a pain machine to help to
