I've noticed that in a lot of performances Jerry stops trying to harmonize and sing with Layne during a lot of choruses because Layne starts to improvise and do a lot of cool shit with his voice. Just an observation, I think it's sweet.
There's is no other singer that comes close to Layne's Raw, Harmonizing vocals! Outstanding...thanks for sharing this, as we all need our AIC fix daily! RIP Layne
I love the guy at 5:56. He nonchalantly skips across the stage and dives off. Layne looks to his left like, "hey where did you come from" while never missing a note. You can't get remotely close to the stage like this anymore. Not since Dimebags murder. Ugghh
Sickman was excellent:) The feed back on yeaaaaaaaaah put me against the wall:) Layne was my reason for having the confidence to stand up in front of people and sing my own music... Its hard to believe that a talent of his magnetitude even existed!!!! I wish i was my age in the early 90's so i could have seen alice in chains live!!!! I envy those who did!!!!! RIP LAYNE

layne once said "drugs worked for me for many years but theyre turning against me and now im walking through hell" on that night they were definately working but they are the reason he was taken from us. i hope he knew how much he was truly loved.sadly,i dont think he did
Dirt has got to be the best AIC album ever. I tend to think so. It really shows the darker side of some peoples lives. Puts all that shit out there in the open for the world to see. Layne was pouring his heart out on that record. He did with every record.
Do you know for a fact Layne was on heroin during this show. He just might be since he over prounounces a few words when talking to the crowd and singing. Either way he did a great job of delivering spot on vocals. Hitting every now he tried to hit.
