Niko says that anyone could do this, but we all know it's not true... like, not everyone has such confidence and not everyone can risk getting jail time (anyone could've called police on Niko for things he did)... and obviously being famous helps in these kind of situations (I don't mean just pretending to be famous, but really be famous, which was proved by the restaurant scene).
