Houses 2 and 3 were great but my obvious choice would be the 3rd one, the mystery house. It was gorgeous. Bright, airy, modern, 4 bedrooms, had more space.
House 1 was nice. It had potential. House 2 is splendid, but that kitchen would be gone before I moved in. I would still need a formal dining room. The mystery house is different. I was wondering if the lane in front of the house belongs to the house or if it leads on to one or more further residences. If private, that would be great. If not, the door opening directly into the lane is not ideal. The house itself and the garden are simply beautiful.
Most times, some people might be willing to go over budget even they see something the love, especially something with an outbuilding for income potential like this one.

I find it a bit underhanded to show them a property you know they'll love..when you also know its over-budget.
