Wow!!! Brings all those raving memories flooding back. Brighton was party central back in the 90's - Zap, Concorde, Shoreham Power Station, Blackrock, Sainsburys on London Road, The Arches near the train station and many more...
Best days in British house music ever. Everyone dancing under one groove of musical freedom through the night into dawn watching the sunrise as the Kick ass tunes spin on the platters. Pure Ener
I worked on the pier through the 90’s. We’d finish about 1am, get our free after work taxi to shoreham, rave all night, walk back to the pier and start selling chips at 9am again. 😀
I am so fucking disenchanted with our so called culture nowadays. I can't last 5 minutes in a night club, lowest level of music, extortionate prices and everyone seems so pretentious... Sad meat markets. I can remember when going out was like this video. Thanks for the upload!
i love popping E's in our night clubs it makes everyone think you're some kinda weird alien mate ahaha you have a good night whilst everyone is trying to hard with girls or fighting etc i just get lost in the rubbish music ahahaha wish i was 18/19 back in the 90's not now :(
Totally agree mate it's sad, I miss the good old days when people just had a good time. We need parties like this to come back so passionate about the late 80s & 90s that was where it was at raves just popping up anywhere, people enjoying good music.
@@MysteryBiker123 my mate did a few Es once in a plain high street nightclub. Some girl came up to him and said you gotta stop doing that naughty stuff!!
What great times we had in the 90s, wish I could go back and live it again. It sucks how it all just came to an end it really needs to come back. Rave must go on!!.
Cool video, I recognised a few of the faces, partying hard .. Shoreham, dolphin road, carrots caff and not forgetting Ovingdean were enormous for 90's B Righton parties. There was a massive 3 day party in Plumpton around '93-94'. DIY did the sound and visuals. Good times.
Shoreham beach, but you had to walk or drive along by hove lagoon and some nice houses with private beaches where Fatboy slim and Paul McCartney lived (late 90s) There were a few bigger parties at The Moon (back along the road) in early 2000s before a big clampdown oddly about the time Big Beach Boutique was staged 4 miles up the coast.
I'm from Manchester and I'm in Brighton now mithering people if they know it. This is a fuckin shambles how no one knows who or what this tune is 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
+caspar01 the only song I've found that could be it is gimme shelter by blue pearl produced by Utah saints. The only problem is I can't find any audio of it anywhere on line so it might not be it. Hope you can do something with it and let me know if it's that right tune 👍
@Ainznando I've been wanting to know that one since hearing it on a San Diego DJ's (Mark E Quark) tape almost 20 yrs. ago. It uses the riff from Gimme Shelter.
I used to frequent the hardcore raves in the early 2000’s.......it was at its peak then....heavy, heavy tablet sessions 😂😂 The come down was awful but it was worth it.....I didn’t even like hardcore either.......just loved the sesh! Yeaaahhh baby!

Listen to Paul woolford mate
The DJs moved on too quickly, they started to chase the big clubs that paid more but weren’t as real.
