My brother was addicted to heroin..He hid it from us for a long time, we had no idea what was going on..And then finally one day his wife told my mother about his addiction to heroin, it was a horrible day..My mother was so affected by the horrible news..She was so hurt 💔, Omg!! she was so so so hurt..💔 My mama wasn't a crier, but that day I will never, ever forget..She cried soooo hard that day til I was scared to death..I forget how long he was on it but finally he detoxed himself and got off of it..He had the longest track mark on his arm, that we didn't even know was there I wouldn't wish that evil 🐒 on my worst enemies back..He finally got off of it one day, we were sooooo happy, and grateful to God!! 👐🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I’m like bro go shovel snow or something lol you can’t just wear boots all year round. 98 degrees and he’s in basketball shorts and timbs heading to the beach. That stereotype around the NY area is true lol we wear timbs on any occasion. My legs was too skinny so i avoid boots, the ACGs was my shit though no cap. Comfortable too. The sadness of Fran at the resi rehab is something we are confronted with - there is so much need. Resi rehab may not have been right for her. It's not for everyone. Resi rehabs are often punitive in their attitude to slip ups and set backs. Many insist on people being 100% sober, which isn't everyone's end point.
For anyone who has a drug problem they want to get help for, please, reach out to services. Yes, 8 weeks sounds like a lifetime, but there are other options - pharmacotherapy, psychosocial counselling, ambulatory detox, smart recovery - all evidenced based.

Moved to California, got clean, co-owned a restaurant, came home to take care of my dad until he passed from cancer, but met a girl while I was home. Six months later, her habits rubbed off on me during a moment of weakness and now I'm a fiend. No home, no job, she's up and left, and going back to California isn't an option. Sold of my share of the business and can't afford an apartment there no more. All it takes is one screw up, one wrong person in your life, one moment of weakness during times of extreme stress, and BOOM you Gary.

I personally think makeing someone ur sex slave jus so they can get it to detox then competeley crushing them when u tell them it was all for nothing is more cruel than jus strait up takeing it thats not only physical torture its mental torture also jus my opinion
