@@LordQiuu good question! "save" will give you the option of saving the file in a new folder. Think of it like "save as" on a computer - good for making copies. Overwrite skips the prompt for where to save the file and just saves it where it is currently
Hey Jay, hope you are good. I know you are fan of the PO-33 and Sonic lofi XT. These are devices I own and love. How would you say the M8 is a music making device? Its extremely portable and rechargeable battery which seems a selling factor to me.
@@gutsberserker5476 hey guts! I like using the m8 but it's def not for everyone. The workflow is heavy on the step sequencer, and getting precise microtiming is not easy. Sort of like the PO33. If you prefer to sequence by playing parts live (sample chops, drums, bass etc.) then you might have a hard time with the m8. But the portability is amazing
big up Mate! Keep up the good work with M8 tutorials 💚
@@LordQiuu heck yeah, thanks for watching!
@Jay_Maculate btw, what's the difference between overwrite and save options in sample editor?

@@jorgillo86 i got those from this site - lowprokb.ca/
