Well, it's mainly due to how it's recorded. Other than general good quality (clear and no background noises), this specific voicebank of Ritsu's (Kire) is recorded in several key. The higher up, the closer to a shout, creating a more realistic sound.
Plus the actual characteristics of his voicer providers voice is pretty interesting itself.

Ok so in the description you say that ritsu is a fictional character that's all. But so is teto, unless your implying that teto is a real life person and ritsus not or that teto is a official vippaloids and ritsu is not. The truth is they are both not real people and both official vippaloids.
