There is a huge queue for checking ... I'm a dropper aur last year bohot lmbi line thi toh checking mein time lgta hai aur abhi 1.30 bje ke baad nhi jana hai toh 11 ke baad 15 -20 min thik hoga but jyada late hona risk ho skta hai
The reason separate reporting time is given so that people could maintain a little bit of social distancing and to avoid overcrowding on the outside of the exam hall which would ultimately result in less spread of infections. Do you really want to risk that just so you don't have to spend a few hours extra on the inside of the exam hall?
Their will be a checking at the exam centre...soo it's better to report centre at 11:45am without delay then everything will be fine...no worries.

What kind of question you are asking my dear, if someone is married then she has right to wear mangal sutra and no one can oppose it or can't raise any questions against it , it's my personal thought
