    Thank you for saying it's not a silver bullet! I feel like so many of the proponents of this eating style make it out to be, but it isn't, and it hasn't been for me or a friend of mine. We've both seen improvements, but not everything can be prevented or reversed.

      Very true! Food is a HUGE part of the equation but there are other considerations as well. Some of us weren't so lucky on the genetic lottery. Others have suffered injuries or conditions that left a permanent mark. This said, eating more vegetables is practically never a bad idea. :)
