Strange coincidence, the day before she had a heated altercation with two young delinquents from the neighborhood. Commissioner Moulin begins his investigation in the building and collects a certain amount of interesting information from the tenants. One of them, Vincent Perrin, harassed the victim with whom he was very in love. As for her next-door neighbor, Julie Jonquet, she moved out quickly the day after the crime. Moulin discovers that this young single mother is wanted for child kidnapping: by court decision, she lost custody of her son, entrusted to her ex-husband, a commander of the Anti-Crime Brigade...
