One thing I really admire about the Dream SMP is how all the lore, all these differing people with their countries and their sides has perfectly captured the idea of 'there are no real villains.' Everybody has their own unique stories to tell, and while they've all done things in the past that are wrong, that doesn't immediately make them the end all be all evil of the server. Even Dream himself, who the whole server locked away behind prison walls just wanted a peaceful server in the beginning. Tommy used to be just a troll on the server who wanted to cause chaos, and now he's the modern day hero of the people. It really sells you the idea that this is a lived in world inhabited by real people, who are all trying to leave their mark on this world. And now that magical concepts such as reviving the dead and hybrids of human and mob have been introduced, who knows what that'll look like for the greater future.

This was hard. Imagine finding someone who doesnt know what it is to be human but they have just been there for a long time. You teach them, you let them learn, then it happens. They want to leave behind a legacy, then they leave.
I haven’t kept up with lore but I always watch these when they go live. Even having little knowledge of current lore, I’m absolutely captivated by the story Quackity crafts. Its one thing to write a story, but its another to convey that story with such emotion and detail. Very impressed by Big Q’s work :)
I haven't watched anything Dream SMP related in ages, I was never interested in the lore streams or anything like that, but watching this is actually amazing, there is so much effort put into it, it's really funny but also has some really dramatic moments in it, it's literally so awesome
I can’t tell if slime is dead, or has simply had his cells reduced in functionality to where maintaining human form isn’t possible. Thinking about it, he most likely won’t appear again since it took CENTURIES to form a basic human body. He probably found a way into a moisture filled space to revert to a more primitive stage to slowly build himself up through mitosis over hundreds of years before resurfacing once more. Either way, SO INCREDIBLY MADE! Quackity is so talented.
I really like the flashblacks that have to do with power. I didn't understand to well why his character wanted it but seeing that he thought of himself as powerless back then made more sense.
This stream was so awesome to watch live! I was amazed at the production of it and yes. i DID cry. That just goes to show how well written this whole arc and all its characters are!!!
Okay this was so fucking crazy and so well made. I am BLOWN away. Everything from the intro, the flashbacks, the the conflicts, the morals, the death of slime and the ending. It’s all tied together so well. Amazing job, can’t wait to see what comes up next!
