I love the phrase "Selling like hotcakes" because as someone who worked breakfast at Braum's. hotcakes sell absolutely terribly. average about selling 2 orders of them a day, anything more was an anomaly
Kids nowadays have too much money when shopping, I remember when I was a kid I could go into a store with $1 and leave with like 10 different chocolate bars and a drink but now when I go there are cameras everywhere 😅

Estetics u care about them on mid game 4.stars try to stay on 3.8 to 4.5 More stars more money on customer 5.car spots:get 3 or 4 car spot when u have like 4k money 6.what things u should sell: U should get small furniture cuz its a higher want so more customers (Now im going to sleep im going to keep it tmrw)
