It wasn’t oil it was PMMA injections, there’s an interview of his ex wife saying he went back and fourth from Mexico too get PMMA injected in shoulders, triceps, biceps, forearms and chest also he has butt implants. Had multiple surgeries too the face, lips done, lower eye bag surgeries, hair transplant. This guy was just one big plastic blob. He had serious insecurities and also had a real problem with opioids, cocaine and the obvious steroids. The opioid and cocaine and high caffeine abuse was the contributing factor too his death not too mention having plastic all over his body and probably having plastic molecules running in his bloodstream, this guy was a ticking time bomb.

Hey nick! Could you make a video about tearing your muscles? I go to the gym 5-6 times a week because its part of my life. When Im stressed I go to the gym. So about a week ago I felt shitty due to exams and I bench pressed 5x in 8 days (my favorite exercise). I lift very heavy and even though I muscle felt relaxed, my bones were hurting a bit. During the second set of 315 I suddenly ripped my right chest muscle and the weight fell on top of me. Doctor said it ripped between the muscle and the tendon almost completely and I need 12 weeks of rest before I can slowely use my right pec again. Can you make a video about this to warn people of overtraining and feeling like "nothing can happen to me".
Did the Doc offer you surgery? I know what you mean about over-training. When I was young and dumb I thought I was invincible. I've never been able to get my shoulder ok after rotator cuff problems, and have had too many injuries over the years which could have been avoided in hindsight. One really stupid one was and ab strain/tear which I didn't rest properly. It took about 2 years to feel ok again and even now I can feel the scar tissue.
He might not have turned pro but he has done a lot of the "supplements" whether they are good or bad for your physique. People can learn a lot of valuable information from Rich since he is very transparent with his usages from the past and he has done mostly every "supplement" an a attempt to improve his own physique.

In his early photos his arms were shapely and well defined, especially his biceps where there was a clear peak. In his later photos his arms, especially his biceps look inflated and shapeless. Vegans always hear about how we push our selves on others but then you go to videos like this and people are making comments about vegans on videos that have nothing to do with vegans or veganism. He was the people PRINCE. And he still was good looking till the end of his last breath. But there will never be another Big RICH PIANA or Dallas like them. I don't think anyone out there thinks Rich is the "go-to" for bodybuilding advice but I will say this: I've enjoyed his content and despite the drama I like to watch what he puts out video content wise and I wouldn't mind having a beer with him. I think his arms are too big and a little overboard. We all have our issues and how we deal with them. This is a guy who has(like it or not) dedicated his life to "training". I'm personally glad Mr. Piano has done what hes done. Its been a fun ride to watch.
