It's easier to go from 3balls-2hands to 2balls-1hand in my experience. I've been doing 3 balls for a while now just for fun around the house, took me ages to stop throwing forward with my dominant hand, but having already gotten three balls mastered, one-hand was a hell of a change. It's gonna take a bit of getting used to xD
started yesterday. could do that simple version of 2 balls where you pass the ball to the other hand constantly, decided to try and do 2 balls properly as in like the 3 ball cascade and noticed there's some importance between both when you throw the balls and how high you throw every time I got more than 3 catches the balls went level with my head and the noise they made when they hit my hands had a constant rhythm to it like a clock. Very interesting to try and learn. Didn't expect to find it fun but i do. I'm terrible right now.

Your full posture and technique would be better seen if the screen frame was further back. It would allow us to see your full movements of your hands. I am finding it difficult to control the position of my hands in comparison to my torso. Where they need to start and fully finish. Thanks again for these.
Bruh how? When I juggle one handed I keep one ball in my hand and one ball in air, and then when that ball goes back I swing the other ball in air and keep the previous ball in my hand, I do one ball in air at a time not two balls
@@ryanjagpal123 it's hard to explain. I'm not the best at it even 3 years later. The best tip I can give you is always have a smile while juggling and try to always stop on a catch. It'll give you motivation to come back! Good Luck
I always think this should be a pre-cursor to juggling 3 balls with 2 hands, especially with the non-dominant hand. Virtually all 3 ball juggling tutorials just want to jump from 2 hand - 2 ball juggling to 3 ball juggling. My opinion is that people particularly have to strengthen the non-dominant throwing skills, as this is generally very weak for most people.
yea but what about front to back n back to front, i remember just randomly doing this on my own as s kid, it was like i was just supposed to juggle one handed, this was before the internet videos were really a thing.

Maybe incorporate arrows showing direction and up close and slowly how the balls enter and leave the hand. And mention which direction is easier for beginners. Honestly a video like this makes not want to bother. let's keep it real some natural coordination is required. Update: finally learned to juggle 3 balls with 2 hands ( took month maybe an hour a week.) However 2 balls with each hand took longer ( 2 months to get 10 count each hand.) But I'm still awkward while I can juggle 3 balls as soon as I awake for 30 seconds. With juggling 2 balls with 1 hand I still need to warm up. Also I can see my left ( not dominate ) hand juggling exceeding my right thanks to a shoulder injury that slightly hinders movement. My biggest challenge is devolpment of a stable, consistent, outward throw ark as this takes a good amount of learned coordination, ( reaction/ movement speed, flexibility, and muscle memory) In about a month going to try learning to juggle 4 balls with 2 hands.
