@HansWilhelm, thank you so much for helping me through losing my wife and father in the last year.... your videos on life, sickness, passing have helped me cope with the devastating loss of abillity due to my wife's Creuzeldt Jakob's disease...And videos on grief and this very last video help me deal with loss and be happy and grateful through the physical part of the grieving process... love and light to you!
May you find solace and peace in the infinite light of your heart. My father also left some months ago, still coping with the trauma of the hospital nightmare here... We're remembering our eternal nature, although the grieving part just sucks

Hang in there young brother, evidently your higher self and the Universe had some more lessons in mind needing learning, so your soul WILL be advancing after this. I'm an old dude, and I've buried babies and buddies, so the misery does get spread around. But YOU have the luxury of knowing Truth and some reason for it all, now imagine being unawakened and suffering through what you have. I know it is tough, but we are to be more grateful for the miserable experiences than the happy ones, which is hard to do in the 3rd dimension but so easy to see why in the higher ones. So hang in, go within, and rest in the peace that passes all understanding brother, you WILL be fine.

I'll leave you with this. Whether pain, trauma, joy, or relationship, do NOT place attachment or responsibility for your "happiness" upon anything outside of you. We're not here to maintain a relationship in order to comfort or fulfill us, neither are we here to here to even "be happy". We are here to bring Heaven to Earth and to experience, and brother you just acquired a doozy. Aren't you lucky, and despite how it seems, you are. They haven't gone anywhere, no one "leaves", they just transition having helped teach us. They're just as "here" and just as real as ever. It's just that our limited eyes and sensory just can't perceive them. You're gonna be fiiiiine.@@rcjarvis

...........I have a technique to be happy every day.......a few special cigarettes with the good grass from my garden.....artificial.....ok....but really effective... ...🙏🕉 PS: but to be honest...with a good meditation technique you can reach states of fantastic fullness ...not possible to describe with human language........from a soul inhabiting a French body......good life on earth to all of you..🙏🙏🕉 sorry for my English but it is not the language I was programmed for

This is a great "tie it all together" video. Lots of references to other key videos and books. This is one of those "watch this first" videos.
It's how we speak to ourselves that makes a healing process stay alive. We are not our bodies. Our body is a vehicle to live in the material state of the 3rD dimension. Our spirit lives outside of this vehicle that gets depressed and hungry and in need. So you must speak to it nicely. The Egyptians called themselves "we" not "I" as they were very familiar with this.

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. I thought the chakra system, or energy body, was a rather fanciful way of describing how energy works. Since taking up Qi Gong, which also made me more aware of the Tao philosophy, I realise that connecting with the energy centres of our body is the key to joy and happiness. When we think of joyful moments in our life, we have that limitless energy of love flowing through our hearts. This is abundant energy and gives us power. When we try to control things in the physical domain, we tend to use force and become emotionally exhausted. This is so true. When we begin to realise what we are, we can have the abundant love energy flowing through us which changes everything. Thanks for sharing Hans. You have really helped me over the years to get a much deeper understanding of all of this. Sending you love and blessings.

I have trouble doing the things I need to do cause I'm convinced my life will still suck once I do them so I don't see the point. And My life still did suck even when I had things in order.

I dunno your situation but what helped me is being grateful for the good things... and when my life really sucked.. i would just lay in bed and think about things that made me happy inside.. eventually i became happy outside also. Good luck

It went great until I met a sociopathic narcissist. Then none of this pure thing worked and I had to get shamanist healers and doctors with immense faith to get out of that situation. My energy was stolen from me and I was in a dark hole for 3 years. I feel lucky I “only” lost 3 years. There is a great danger and dark energies that are wondering free and looking for victims. It is not easy to be happy and radiate good energy when you get in that trap. Educate about that and how to recognize it!

Hans, what is happening on earth right now? I fell suffocate watch news everyday, thousand civilian children and women died and others cheer with their suffering.
