The twenty-first century is often regarded as a new era of learning and teaching. We are living in a century that is far more advanced and advanced than previous centuries, and we are living as though we are striving for the future. As future teachers, it is a luxury to be exposed to this type of instruction, as it allows us to envision the future of education. It is a big help for pupils while teaching 4CS because it allows them to reach their full potential. Our children are learning and developing their own capacities by expressing their thoughts and asking questions. It also suggests that the children are attempting to open a new door for themselves in terms of learning new things. It is a great opportunity to be a part of this generation since we are gradually experiencing a better future for ourselves. It is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of this generation since we are gradually experiencing a brighter future for ourselves as future teachers and learners.

As what I’ve learned in the discussion about 21st-century education is very informative and
meaningful. It is very informative in a way that the discussion gives us useful learning as we are 21st-century learners. According to research, 21st-century education responds to the economic, technological, and societal shifts that are happening at an ever-increasing pace. It's an education that sets students up to succeed in the world. With that, the students must be knowledgeable enough to engage with and access technology. Teachers will not only teach and spoon-feed all the information to students; rather, they will be the ones who guide, act as facilitators, and motivate the students’ learning.
Moreover, finding solutions to problems, thinking outside the box, working with others, and conveying ideas, or what we call the 4C’s (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and Communication), are very meaningful and significant to us as students who aspire to be teachers. It helps us to think critically, use our creativity in different ways, collaborate, and communicate to share our thoughts and opinions with others in smart ways. We all know that teachers play a significant role in 21st-century education need to be better at giving instructions or information and making strategic plans to have a good outcome in the teaching-learning process. That is why they must be one step ahead of the technology in use. They should also be flexible in the way they teach, helping the students understand what to learn and how to instill the learning in them to prepare them for real-life situations or problems. Not only teachers but also us students have to put it into our minds that 4C’s can give everyone a guide to be equipped with the knowledge to practice it in their chosen field. Lastly, it will not be successful if only teachers, but students must participate as well to have a good outcome with the use of technology in this ever-changing world.

As I've watched the discussion, I learned a lot especially this is all about 21st Century which creativity is about thinking through information in new ways, making new connections and coming up with innovative solutions to problems. Critical thinking is about analyzing information and critiquing claims. Communication is understanding things well enough to share them clearly with other people. Collaboration is about teamwork and the collective genius of a group that is more than the sum of its parts. There are other skills that are important, which fall within these four areas. Entrepreneurship can be considered a skill of its own. Inquiry and problem solving are key. Emotional intelligence (EQ) is one of the most important keys to successful work and relationships. Education needs to be all about empowering students with transferable skills that will hold up to a rapidly changing world, not prescribed content that has been chosen for its past relevance.

After I finished watching the video. The things that made me open my mind is that living in 21st Century generation giving us tons of benefits to hone and enhance our skills. Where lots of opportunities in education becomes the bridge that guiding us to be prepared enough to face the reality of the world in the near future. There are lot of changes visible in the educational system of most school in this generation. The traditional teacher approach which is the common approach in the past becomes student-teacher approach in the present, wherein the role of the teacher was change from spoon-feeding the child with knowledge into facilitating the child how they can acquire knowledge with their own control. Changes is unstoppable in 21st Century education, it continuously existing to make sure that each student living in this period will experience the best quality of education that is highly implemented during this time. The essence of 4 C's (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication) was discussed clearly where it emphasizes how important for our educators to attain these skills in providing good quality of education to their students. These said skills will give them the power to portray their role as a teacher effectively inside or outside the classroom setting. Since, 21st century learners are advance thinkers and having these abilities will help teachers to sustain the modern needs of their students in terms of using and applying technologies in learning. That will also guide and help their students acquire progress and development that meets the certain standards that 21st Century education sets that giving the way for each learner's also to visualize their success in the future upon adapting the good quality of education that is fairly serve and implemented till the present time.

21st century education has acquired us new skills to learn. These skills are very useful since our generation is moving in a fast-paced technology. Critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, these are just some of these new useful skills that we need not just in blending with the society but also with the new 21st century curriculum. We are now more open to student-centered learnings where the learning is focused on the personal experiences of the students and are very true to life situations that are also helpful to the student's academic excellence. We are now also adopting the curriculum where it's competency-based, anytime-anywhere learning, and student-owned learning. These are good because it let the student be more aware of the things they didn't think they could do. In this new era, it opened us to a wider range of learning environments where it is easier for us to connect our thoughts and ideas with others. Though the internet and gadgets also have negative effects, it is also undeniable that it's also helpful in education and even also in other fields. Our education system is improving through these changes, and as time goes by, we are slowly adjusting and coping up with technology.

Based on the discussion I learned that as a future educator we should facilitate the learning process. Which our learners are also challenge to think vertically. I learned also the 4c's such as Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication. These skills will help students to learn. Creativity teaches students to think in a way that's unique to them. Collaboration teaches students that groups can create something bigger and better than you can on your own. Communication teaches students how to efficiently convey ideas. Combined, the four C's empower students to become one-person think tanks. All four of these skills are essential inside the 21st Century classroom. Without effective communication, there's no way to get anything done inside the classroom or anywhere, which is why this is an essential 21st Century skill. These 21st-century skills are more important to students now than ever before. They not only provide a framework for successful learning in the classroom, but ensure students can thrive in a world where change is constant and learning never stops. And they are also tremendously important for our nation's well being.

As a result of what I've learnt in the discussion about 21st-century education, I'm quite interested in learning more about it.
meaningful. It's incredibly educational in the sense that the conversation provides us with relevant information as 21st-century learners. According to studies, 21st-century education adapts to the rapid economic, technological, and societal changes that are occurring. Learners in the twenty-first century can build critical thinking skills as well as encounter real-world tasks that can help them achieve better learning results. The focus of education in the twenty-first century is on learning development, which is becoming more inventive and creative in terms of curriculum. This millennium has given us access to a broader choice of learning environments, allowing us to more readily integrate our own thoughts and ideas with those of others. Even though the internet and devices have drawbacks, they are undeniably valuable in schooling and other professions. As a result of these developments, our educational system is developing, and we are increasingly changing and coping with technology as time passes.

21st-century education is about giving students the skills they need to succeed in this new world and helping them grow the confidence to practice those skills. With so much information readily available to them, 21st-century skills focus more on making sense of that information, sharing and using it in smart ways. Furthermore, the lesson highlighted the 4c's, which can be the skills needed in order to succeed in today's world. Combining these 4c's: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, would empower the students to solve their own problems, work together, and come up with solutions.

The 4 C's (creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration) were taught to me in this video. All of these abilities are required to succeed in today's world, particularly in these modern times. Not only are these abilities valuable on their own, but when they are combined, students are better able to solve issues, collaborate, and come up with solutions. To help a child succeed in school and in the future career, it's critical to foster development in all of these areas. Being creative, which implies attempting new approaches to solving issues, is frequently associated with students who are artistic or musical, but it is so much more. Simply put, creativity means thinking beyond the box in every situation. Encourage youngsters to explore new things and provide a safe area for them to express themselves to teach and nurture creativity. Problem solving, such as working through riddles that test the brain and simply asking "Why?" is a part of critical thinking. However, in today's society, where information is available at the touch of a button, a significant part of critical thinking is the ability to assess information and determine whether it is reliable or not. Collaboration, working together to achieve a similar objective, and career routes all include collaboration in some form. It is critical that we begin to learn how to solve problems and deal with challenges in which the larger picture encompasses more than just ourselves. For younger children, seeing the side or stance from someone else's perspective might be challenging. This is a skill that requires a great deal of practice. Teaching youngsters that communication can take numerous forms, such as sharing thoughts, ideas, and questions, is critical. It is not always necessary to communicate vocally; nonverbal clues such as hand gestures and facial expressions can also be used. Now that we live in such a digital age, it is especially critical to teach youngsters how to responsibly traverse digital areas.

In today's video I learned that in the 21st century it is more beyond what I think as a future teacher as it burned me inside to challenge myself how am I going to be an effective and efficient one in the future? In todays generation, 21st century learners are active in participating and are thirsty when it comes to learning that's why the teachers must find the interest of their students because it can affect the interest of a learner when it comes to learning environment. I also learned that as a 21st century teacher we must be flexible, multi literate, multi-skilled, and critical thinker that need to possess by a 21st century teacher. I also learned that teacher should not limit the learnings of their students and they must provide activities that can activate their student's critical thinking, able to collaborate with other students, becomes creative and also be able to communicate well with their peers and to the teachers. I also feel that this time of pandemic really helps the teachers to see and experienced and differentiates the online class which portray the 21st century than to the traditional. I think there should be a balance when it comes to teaching and learning approach because unlike P.E majors where there should be the teacher centered approach wherein we are taught strictly about the basic fundamental which we must execute properly and not just by watching on UA-cam as our guide.

After watching the video, I've discovered that the 21st century skills focus on the knowledge acquisition, deepening and creation. In broader term, it covers the 4C's which are Creativity, Critical thinking, Communication, and Collaboration in the digital age. These skills are sometimes referred to as higher order skills. That's why acquiring these skills will help shape learners' positive personalities and compete in the real world. In addition, teaching young children today is becoming increasingly difficult. In the face of these challenges, introducing information and communication technology to every schools was seen as a unique opportunity. It provides simulation and multimedia learning environments that enhance student learning and increase the effectiveness of educational systems. Therefore, teachers must be equipped with the latest technical and educational skills so that they can also teach and recommend it to their students.

As I have viewed the video, I have learned about the 4C's of 21st Century skills which are; (1) Critical thinking, as students find solutions to the problems they are facing; (2) Creativity, as students tend to think outside their comfort zones or they think outside the box; (3) Collaboration, as students work with their fellow students; and (4) Communication, as they communicate while conveying each other's ideas. Also, the significance of the four principles of student-centered learning is very reliable to each other to give a deeper learning to students. On the other hand, the absence of one principle may disrupt the balance of the four.

It's nice and good that I have learned about the 21st Century Education which is very relevant for me and to all of my classmates because we are going to teach soon.
So I've learned about the 4 important C's in 21st Century Education which are the Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication. This 4 C's are very important today because we want to develop our learners, to think beyond, or to become critical thinkers which is very applicable for todays situation. Also we should encourage our students to be creative enough, teach them to be collaborative, build good relationship which is good in todays situation because we all know the 21st century education is a performance-based task so it needs engagement, and collaboration. Lastly for the communication which is never outdated because since then we are taught to communicate with each other. I also learned that the 21st century schools is now project-based curriculum where the skills and talents of each students will be enhanced. More participation and collaboration. Also as we embrace the changes of today, we must not forget that we should always instill curiousity with our learners because I believe that this will lead them to become critical thinkers, through curiousity, they will explore and discover things by themselves so we are practicing our students to become independent learners. Also the 21st Century Curriculum should be interdisciplinary, project-based and research driven and also it should be student-centered.
    • In the diagram, I noticed that the Student-centered Learning is just a merely cycle so it should not be stop. And to explain further, Personalized Learning means as a teacher we need to be creative and resourceful in order for us to cater every needs of our students, for the competency-based Learning as a teacher we should follow what the curriculum has given and write. It's always the " will follow what the book says" because that was written in order for us to meet the competency that the higher institution wants. Also we should not forget that learning is anytime and anywhere especially today ee are now in pandemic so learning can be ALWAYS possible though you are distant From each other as long as you have the gadgets in you. Lastly the student owned learning, as a teacher we should always bear in minds that we are enabler in the sense that we accept ideas from our students. Encourage them to answer and share their knowledge and ideas and for that reason, we are maximizing the time as well as children will learn a lot.

Education in the twenty-first century has provided us with new learning abilities. Because our generation lives in a fast-paced technological world, these skills are extremely valuable. Critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication are just a few of the new useful skills that we need not only to fit into society but also to fit into the new 21st-century curriculum. We are now more open to student-centered learning, which focuses on the students' personal experiences and is very true to life situations, as well as being beneficial to the student's academic excellence. We are now implementing a competency-based, anytime-anywhere learning, and student-owned learning curriculum. These are beneficial because they allow the student to become more aware of the things that they previously thought they couldn't do. This new era has provided us with access to a wider range of learning environments in which we can more easily connect our thoughts and ideas with those of others. First thing, I would like to point about Paradigm Shift for 21st Century education. It's very clear in the discussion of what was diffence between befores education and now. The first photo, students only focuses what teacher would like to give them and this second photo students have their individual advantages about what they have got base of their own advanced studies. About 4C's this 4 is very important when it comes about academic purposes. But for me the most important thing that will work easy and will work clearly and properly was collaboration. Collaboration have the teamwork each of members, the critical thinking already there, creativity already there, and also the communication of each member already there. 21st Century education before and now still improving what was before best experienced and whats now best knowledged. That's all Godbless!

This instructional content video taught me a lot about twenty-first-century education and how it differs from previous educational systems. In 21st-century education, I was able to learn about the 4Cs, which have a significant impact on 21st-century learners and the school. In today's educational climate, we students must be critical thinkers in order to acquire knowledge logically. Furthermore, learners in the twenty-first century are more imaginative than previous generations when it comes to creating performance assignments and participating in school. Collaboration between teachers and students will foster increased creativity while also fostering meaningful communication in order to deliver clear, accurate, and dependable messages and information. When we compare schools from the past and today, we can see that schools in the twenty-first century are well-designed, with accurate information as well as useful technology and media to boost the teaching-learning process. Schools are supposed to foster a pleasant learning environment in which students are encouraged to learn more, try new things, and think outside the box while also building lifetime learning skills. The more interesting aspect of this video discussion is how the relationship between academia and the job market is assisting schools and teachers in producing competent graduates by introducing hands-on activities that expose students to working with their skills and expertise that best fit their promising career by having to introduce hands-on exercises that expose students to working with their skills and expertise that best fit their promising career by having to introduce hands-on exercises that expose students to working with their skills and expertise that best fit their promising career by having to introduce hands-on exercises that expose students to working with introduce hands-on activities that expose students to working with their skills and knowledge that best fit their potential career by introducing hands-on activities that expose students to working with their skills and knowledge that best fit their professional career by introducing hands-on activities that expose students to working with their skills and knowledge that best fit their professional career.

I was able to learn about the 4Cs in twenty-first-century education, which has a big impact and contribution on twenty-first-century learners and the school. We students must be critical thinkers in today's educational system in order to grasp knowledge in a rational manner. In addition, we can notice that learners in the twenty-first century are more creative in terms of generating performance assignments and interacting in school than prior generations. Collaboration between teachers and students will develop more creativity while also promoting meaningful communication so that messages and information may be conveyed in a clear, accurate, and trustworthy manner. As a result, the task of teaching young children has become more challenging in recent years. In the face of these challenges, integrating information and communication technology (ICT) into schools has become a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. ICT-enabled simulations and a rich media learning environment help students learn more effectively and the educational system work more smoothly. Teachers in the twenty-first century must be experts in teaching the same twenty-first-century abilities that their pupils are encouraged to pursue. Teachers must be equipped with the most up-to-date technologies and pedagogical abilities, as well as a thorough comprehension of the subject matter.

In this video, I learned something new about the significance of the 21st century in education. Critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication are essential attributes to have as a student and as a teacher. Students that use critical thinking do not just study a set of facts or figures. Instead, they learn how to find the facts and data for themselves. They ask questions. They get involved in the world around them. They also assist others in developing critical thinking skills.
Creativity encourages learners to embrace their natural skills. As a student learns about their creativity, they also learn how to express it in healthy and effective ways. More importantly, they are inspired to share their creativity with others.
Collaboration is vital since students will most likely work with other individuals for the rest of their life, whether they know it or not. Collaboration and group practice helps students understand how to approach an issue, pitch solutions, and choose the best course of action. It's also beneficial for children to understand that not everyone thinks the same way they do.
As future teachers, it is critical that we encourage our students to assess themselves. Students will learn to speak out when they have an idea this way.
Communication teaches individuals how to effectively communicate their thoughts. It is about exchanging ideas, questions, and solutions. Communication is considerably simpler and, at the same time, much more difficult in the technology age. Technology has made it easier for us to communicate, but the variety of options may be overwhelming at times. Furthermore, communication might become more about the technology being utilized than the message you're attempting to deliver. There is no way to get anything done inside or outside of the classroom without excellent communication, which is why it is a necessary 21st Century skills.

The 4 C’s go hand in hand with each other and children need to be equipped with the skills in all four areas to help them succeed in their future. Hiring mangers and employers seek out candidates with these skills, so it's important to instill them in our youth early on. It is important to encourage development in all of these areas to help set your child up for success in school and their future workplace. From what I have learned from this lesson, the focus of 21st century skills is on knowledge acquisition, deepening, and creation. It covers such as the "4 C's" of creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and digital age literacy, among others. These skills are called higher-order skills. The acquisition of these skills also helps children develop positive character and become more competitive in an increasingly tough actual world. Teachers were once seen as the center of attention and information providers in education, but in the digital age, teachers are now seen as facilitators or mentors who assist students in assessing and processing knowledge through the use of technology. As a result, today's goal of teaching young children is becoming increasingly difficult. Faced with these obstacles, the integration of information and communication technology (ICT) into schools has become viewed as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Simulations and a rich media learning environment provided by ICT help students learn better and the educational system run more efficiently. I learned about the 4C’s in 21st-century education, which have a significant impact on 21st-century learners. In order to acquire knowledge logically, students must be critical thinkers, 21st century learner and teachers should be more creative than previous generations. The goal of 21st-century education is to provide students with the skills they need. As a future educator we must ensure that our learners develop their confidence and we must provide them with a variety of activities that they can relate to real-life situations. We give them problem that they will solve on their own so that they can be critical thinkers and they can learn by doing.

With the support of technology, the new century of education helps students become more creative, confident, educated, and more equipped to confront the real world. Additionally, collaborating or connecting with others encourages kids to be more responsible, obtain more knowledge, and share their views with others. As a result, the 4c's of 21st century education are critical for learners to be successful and achieve their life objectives. The four principles of student-centered learning, as a future teacher, will definitely allow students to explore new ideas and information internationally, as well as to develop and extend their knowledge on various topics that will help them to have a learnings on that particular circumstance. We teachers are merely facilitators in the classroom; therefore, we should encourage them to learn independently and discourage the traditional method of learning in which information is spoon-fed to them. Instead, we should assist and facilitate them in learning independently and expanding their ideas and thoughts in their own way. This will also assist students in enhancing their creativity by thinking outside the box and strengthening their critical thinking skills in how to address that type of issue or problem, as well as how to collaborate with other students to generate better results/outcomes of ideas.

In this video, I learned that 21st century education is tied in with giving learners the abilities they need to prevail in this new world, and assisting them with developing the certainty to rehearse those abilities. With such a lot of data promptly accessible to them, 21st century abilities center more around sorting out that data, sharing and involving it in knowledgeable ways. Creativity, Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration. These four topics should be seen as concepts that should be overlay across all curriculum mapping and strategic planning, not as units or even subjects. They, like literacy and numeracy, should be a component of every instruction. Creativity is defined as the ability to think about knowledge in new ways, to make new connections, and to come up with novel solutions to problems. Analyzing information and criticizing claims is what critical thinking entails. Understanding things well enough to share them clearly with others is the definition of communication. Collaboration is all about working together as a team and harnessing the collective genius of a group that is greater than the sum of its parts.

The twenty-first century has significantly updated and improved our educational system as a result of the technologies that we currently employ. Previously, the school only used a chalkboard and a blackboard to teach students, and the instructor was the only source of knowledge, with students simply listening to what was said. However, we are increasingly utilizing technology as a source of learning for kids, Some instructors, especially with the elderly, are not very adept at using technology since they are new to it, but as future educators, we must be resourceful now that we are in the new learning environment. The goal of a twenty-first-century education is to prepare pupils to succeed in this new environment. As future educators, we must guarantee that our students have the confidence to pursue their skills. We should foster an inquiry-based culture in our classrooms because it motivates students to learn and participate more.

What I have learned in this video:
    1. I have learned the vitality of the 4Cs (crtiicial thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication) in the learning process applied in the 21st century. Each components has different contribution in the classroom in order to achieve the greatest outcomes from the students.
    2. We are not surprised that education has experienced significant changes in the past, and the transformation is evident to us. The shift of curriculum designs from student- centered to learner-centered, the approaches being used, and also the environment of the classroom as a whole (from wooden to highly constructed building as well as the usage of technology). Education nowadays emphasizes active engagement and places students at the center of learning.
    3. And I still remember the questioned being asked about instilling curiosity... Indeed, as a future teacher, instilling curiosity to the students are crucial since it is an important component of education which lead them to develop their critical thinking. And if we are able to plant this to our students we can say how effective and effecient we are as educator. Because, we let our students to seek solution to the problems and letting them independently.

Once our learners we're motivated by this curiosity, our brains are primed to remember what we learn along the way.
Encouraging students to embrace their curiosity is an important part of education. Curiosity is key to learning. the studies show that, when we're curious about a subject, we are much more likely to remember the information we learned about that subject. If we want students to learn, it is foundational to spark curiosity in our learners to help them develop the new skills, knowledge, and mindsets that we are tasked with teaching them.
Critical thinking occurs when students are analyzing, evaluating, interpreting, or synthesizing information and applying creative thought to form an argument, solve a problem, or reach a conclusion.
Collaboration is important because whether students realize it or not, they’ll probably work with other people for the rest of their lives. Practicing collaboration and teamwork helps students understand how to address a problem, pitch solutions, and decide the best course of action.
Communication is the practice of conveying ideas quickly and clearly. It is expressing thoughts clearly, crisply articulating opinions, communicating coherent instructions, motivating others through powerful speech.
Creativity is the practice of thinking outside the box. It is equally important as a means of adaptation. This skill empowers students to see concepts in a different light, which leads to innovation. Creativity is the ability to produce new, diverse, and unique ideas. Thinking creatively means looking at things from a different perspective and not be restricted by rules, customs, or norms.

According to my interpretation of the conversation, teachers must arouse students' curiosity because the more intrigued they are about something, the more questions they will ask and the more answers they will seek. They will also study and discover more knowledge. It is much more beneficial for students to find out the answers to their inquiries themselves because they can get information from it. As a teacher, you must reply to students' inquiries in a timely and honest manner. It's a terrific way to get students to learn by piqueing their interest. Teachers should be adaptable in how they teach their students. Personalized learning was highlighted as the first principle of student-centered learning, which I think to be a tough concept to put into practice because it is difficult for teachers to personalize/individualize each student's learning. It's challenging not only because students have varying learning needs, but also because every classroom has a big number of pupils, and teachers can't reasonably accommodate them all. Teachers should engage students in a range of learning styles/experiences, be imaginative in their instruction, and be resourceful. Second, in my perspective, competency-based learning requires aligning all activities, performance tasks, and other assignments assigned to students with the subject's competency. Third, anytime, anywhere learning refers to the knowledge we receive outside of the classroom, such as the numerous things we learn on the internet, such as the material uploaded or provided on a variety of websites using our digital devices. Finally, giving students with the opportunity to participate in their own learning, such as taking into account their thoughts and ideas, is referred to as student-owned learning.
The difference between the educational scenario previously and today is that during class discussions, the teacher speaks and the students listen, whereas now the students speak and the teachers only facilitate. The educational system evolves with the passage of time. The focus of today's education is on how to help pupils build 21st-century abilities.

We are attempting to abandon old strategies such as paper and pencil schooling, a teacher-centered approach, and even the use of textbooks as the sole source of information in this educational system. Here's what I learned from the video:
First, as a future teacher it is critical to instill curiosity in our students because it is an important part of education and a key component of the learning process at all ages. Curiosity makes the brain more receptive to learning, and students enjoy the sensation of learning. If we successfully instill curiosity in them, we can be confident that we did an excellent job of assisting them in developing their critical thinking skills, as curious students not only ask questions but also seek answers.
Furthermore, we have learned the importance of the 4Cs in the learning process. Each of them has a role to play in the classroom and should be present during the teaching process in order to get the best results from the students. As future teachers, we should begin embracing the challenges we will face in integrating these principles into the classroom as soon as possible. It is not new to us that education has undergone massive changes in the past, and the shift is visible to us. Education used to be more focused on the traditional method of teaching, in which the teachers did all of the talking and the students merely listened passively. Unlike in the past, education today encourages active participation and places students at the center of their learning. We cannot deny that the paradigm shift in education is better than ever before because students are now active learners as a student-centered approach is used, enhancing students' active participation in every work collaboration.

Based on my understanding in the discussion, teachers must bring out learners' curiosity because the more curious they are about something, the more questions they will ask and the more answers they will seek. Also, the more they will learn and discover new information. It's much helpful for the learners when they personally find out the answer for their questions because they can gain knowledge from it. As a teacher, they must respond appropriately and honestly to students' interested questions. Eliciting students' curiosity is a great idea to make them learn. Teachers should be flexible on how they are going to teach the learners.
The first principle of student-centered learning highlighted was personalized learning, which I find to be a difficult idea to practice because it is hard for teachers to personalize/individualize the learning of each student. It's difficult not only because students have different learning needs, but also because every classroom has a large number of students, and teachers can't possibly accommodate them all. Best idea to do: Teachers should involve students in a variety of learning styles/experiences, be innovative in their teaching, and be resourceful. Second, competency-based learning, in my opinion, entails aligning all activities, performance tasks, and other assignments given to students with the subject's competency. Third, anytime, anywhere learning refers to the knowledge we gain outside of the classroom, such as the many things we learn on the internet just like the information posted or supplied on several websites, utilizing our digital devices. Lastly, student-owned learning entails providing students with the opportunity to participate in their own learning, such as taking into account their perspectives and opinions.
The difference between the educational situation before and now is that before during class discussion, teacher talks students are just listening while now students talk while teachers are just facilitating. As time passes, the educational system evolves as well. Today's education is more focused on how to develop students' 21st century skills.

    1. We, as future educators, must understand how to inspire students to learn on their own. This is known as learner-centered learning, and it can assist them in learning about topics that they are interested in. Also, if we allow students to be curious and go find answers on their own, they will indulge in critical thinking which prepares them for future events in life that needs more understanding and thinking.
2.This diagram depicts the four principles of learner-centered learning as well as their significance. To have more profound learning, the four principles should be present in the classroom. In a 21st-century classroom, the lack of one principle may be insufficient to instill learning. As a result, the teacher would be faced with a difficult task. Yet, effective learning would be evident and there will be great learning outcome.
    3. Students are being taught how to apply their higher-order thinking skills, as well as other critical skills such as reading and life skills, in order to prepare for their battle in the real world. From a broader perspective, today's 21st-century education is vastly different from that of previous generations. Students are better educated and capable of accomplishing great things. The video is about education in the twenty-first century. Defining and delivering 21st century learning, in my opinion, is a little more complicated than that. It's a little trickier this time. It's a little more sophisticated this time. It's a lot more difficult to evaluate. It also generates environments in which interested students actively shape their learning when done right. Furthermore, educators' responsibility in the twenty-first century should be to assist every student in learning how to learn. It instills creativity, promotes teamwork, encourages and rewards critical thinking, and teaches youngsters not only how to communicate, but also how to communicate effectively. These are the abilities that students will need to succeed in today's and tomorrow's dynamic workplaces. Lastly, as a future educator, this topic concerning education in the twenty-first century assists me in getting more knowledge and understanding that I may use to my future learners.

They only not provide a framework for successful learning in the classroom, but to make sure learners can thrive in a world change is constant and learning never stops. Furthermore, in 21st century there are 4 C's in skills which we can help us, especially those educators. The 4 C's namely: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication are all skills that are needed in order to succeed in today's world and it can lead us in the near future. In this video it talks about the 21st century education and the 4C’s of creative ,critical thinking, collaboration and communication It is critical that children learn these skills from their daily school and home lives on their own. If students with excellent critical thinking skills can compare and contrast facts, information, and experiential learning experiences from one period or subject to those from another period or topic. This has the effect of making learning more impactful and meaningful for young people and also It is the most basic capacity that enables individuals and communities to solve a wide range of problems in their daily lives. It could be academic, professional, or personal issues. Critical thinking enables people to navigate life in a more intelligent and constructive manner. In the 21st century education, Educators should place a greater emphasis on skills and attitudes than on material and memorization. To support the learner in all scenarios, the curriculum should encourage skills such as digital literacy, problem-solving, reasoning, teamwork, creativity, interpretation, and analysis. Students should learn how to collect, synthesize, evaluate, and think critically about the vast library of knowledge available online since technical innovations, such as the internet, have rendered abilities like rote memorization obsolete.

Also, both picture shows what look like the classroom environment before and present & the roles of a teachers. First picture shows that the teacher is keep on teaching the students without interaction and the technologies are low-tech not like today. The second picture shows the 21st century education and schools look like. The classroom is surrounded by the high-tech materials, competent students and class interaction. When it comes to teaching and learning process, before the teacher was the source of knowledge in short "Student-centered" learning. I've learned that encouraging students to embrace their curiosity is an important part of education. Curiousity is a key to learning. In fact, it shows that, when we're curious about a certain thing, we are much more likely to remember information we learned about that thing. All four of these components are required in aclassroom in the twenty-first century. These mightbe the 4Cs for any school in the twenty-firstcentury, as all of these talents are timeless andhighly appreciated in many industries.Skills for the twenty-first century sharing thoughts, questions, ideas, and solutionsis what communication is all about. It is lot easierand, at the same time, much more difficult tocommunicate in the modern age. Technology hasgiven us more convenient methods tocommunicate, but the variety of options can beoverwhelming at times. Furthermore, theconversation may become more about thetechnology employed rather than the messageyou're attempting to convey. There is no way toget anything done in the classroom or anyplaceelse without efficient communication, which iswhy this is such an important skill.

The recorded video talk is all about education in the 21st century. This movie focuses on the 4C's of the 21st century, which include critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, all of which are crucial skills for future educators to master. All of these things are crucial for children to know and comprehend since they can aid them in the future. One of the abilities required for students working on projects and conducting research is critical thinking. Creativity enables the students to make important and unique techniques based on their creative ideas. The mind is opened by creativity. Collaboration enhances the way our students answers and solves problems. Collaborating and sharing individual's ideas are more effective. Communication is a way in which a student would be able to share their ideas and to have connection to their classmates also. As a result, there is greater innovation, more efficient procedures, more success, and better communication. At its most basic level, communication is the act of transmitting information from one location to another. It is what allows us to communicate with others and comprehend what is said to us. The 21st century teachers also needs to be eqquiped specially in the technologies that is useful in our education today. Therefore, these 4Cs are extremely significant, particularly in 21st century education.

These could be the 4Cs for any century classroom as all of these skills are timeless and highly valued not only inside the classroom, but in all professions. Communication is about sharing thoughts, questions, ideas, and solutions. In the technological age, it's much easier and, at the same time, harder to communicate. Technology has provided us with more convenient ways to communicate, but sometimes the various ways can become overwhelming. Collaboration is about working together to reach a goal and putting talent, expertise, and smarts to work. Just like with communication, technology has made collaboration easier. Actually, technology takes collaboration a step farther, making types of collaboration possible that weren't before technology. Just like with communication though, the same breakdowns can happen. Actually, technology takes collaboration a step farther, making types of collaboration possible that weren't before technology. Just like with communication though, the same breakdowns can happen. Critical thinking is looking at problems in a new way and linking learning across subjects and disciplines. Just like with the previous two ideas, critical thinking has been an essential skill in every century and profession. Creativity is trying new approaches to get things done, innovation, and invention. The 21st Century is a fun time to be creative thanks to technology. Not only are the traditional ways of creativity still available, but there are tons of new possibilities made available. Instead of just painting a picture, you can animate it or arrange a piece of music on a computer without ever learning how to play an instrument.

Learning In 21st century education there are four important learning skills that we should posses in order for us to become literate in this period. The learning skills are often called the 4 C’s: the critical thinking, creative thinking, communication, and collaborating. These skills will help us students learn, so we are the vital to success in school, and all of that skills are needed in order to succeed beyond, in today's real world.
    1. For the first question, Curiosity can be a motivation for learning. Curiosity might cause students act impulsively and intensely. Like all of us, learners experience curiosity in different ways that excite us for learning more. For example, is we feel triggered when we encounter something unexpected and we demand more an explanation to satisfy our desire to learn for new things.
    2. As what have discussed the 4 principle of student-centered learning is about beyond deep learning. It is personalized, engaging, competency-based and not restricted to the classroom. So the students take greater responsibility for the learning and support each other’s progress, so every student gets the skills he or she needs to succeed and contribute to society with the guidance of the lecturer.

According to my understanding of the discussion, teachers must help on students' curiosity because the more they are interested in something, the more likely they are to learn or know new information. Inspiring students' curiosity is a great way to get them to acquire knowledge, but teachers should also be flexible in how they explain the students.
The four student-centered learning principles assist students in improving their skills, knowledge, and motivation to learn. First, personalized learning, which each greatly assists me as a future educator in personalizing or individualized students' learning. Teachers should categorize how they teach to make it easier for students to develop their knowledge and skills. Second, competency-based learning refers to the skills, knowledge, and attitudes that educators want their students to have. As future educators, we should align our activities, assessments, and subjects based on our students' competency. Third, the anytime, anywhere learning which refers to a student who learned with or without there teacher. It means they can learn new thing in there specially on technology that anytime we can access and gather new information. And lastly, Student own learning means students learned there own while teachers are there to facilitate only.

Based on my understanding in the discussion. Education in the 21st century includes enhanced learning technologies, skill development, and being actively involved in your own learning and surroundings. Furthermore, education nowadays involves encouraging, inspiring, and equipping students to be efficient and productive. Furthermore, today's education is more inspiring and prepares pupils for today's reality. Students learn the capacity to adapt to changing environments in preparation for the world of tomorrow. Understanding how children learn with a more hands-on approach while developing abilities is fundamental to twenty-first-century education. The kids will master the "4Cs," which are creativity, critical thinking, communication, and cooperation, in order to realize their objectives and goals in life and become a competent individual who can compete and work successfully with others. In this day and age, learning is student-centered, and instructors' responsibility is to promote learning. In addition, at this time, technology is used to present the lesson to the class in an appropriate and effective manner. Unlike in the past, teachers now offer lessons using chalk and a chalkboard instead of paper and pencil. However, as technology advances, it is becoming more widely employed. It is now more interactive learning where they may learn and get more involved in studying.

My takeaway in this video are the following:
Q1. As a future teacher, there is a need to instill curiosity in our learners, encourage them to learn more, and establish independent learning to satisfy themselves with the learning they are curious about. Apart from that, instilling curiosity allows the learner to grasp more knowledge from teachers by asking for more that would develop their critical thinking skills and life skills as they go through thinking outside the box or outside the four corners of the classroom.
Q2.The diagram presents the significance of the four principles of student-centered learning to one another. The four principles should be present inside the classroom to have more profound learning. On the other hand, the absence of one principle might be insufficient to inculcate learning in a 21st-century classroom. Thus, it would be a challenge for the teacher. With the help of these principles, learning would take place, and a student-teacher environment would be uplifting and rewarding.
Q3.Based on the illustration presented, education before was teacher-centered. Moreover, students are passive, placing little emphasis on students' interests. Aside from that, there is heavy stress on memorization and discipline. Meanwhile, the paradigm of 21st-century education tells us that education has become more student-centered. Students are active learners and engage in collaborative works as teachers facilitate the students. It can be seen that the classroom is interactive compared to the education then. Nowadays, learners are being taught how to utilize their higher-order thinking skills and other essential skills such as literacy and life skills in preparation for their battle in the real world. Thus, the paradigm shift from then to the present is evident from a broader perspective of today's 21st-century education.

From a teacher who functions as the classroom lecturer who is now the facilitator and many more of the 21st century education aspects that was integrated and adopted today.
And lastly is how the 4C's served as an important values in order to hone and make a teacher in a 21st century classroom effective and efficient. This 4C's should be constantly integrated into our attitude as teachers so that we can be that educator who knows how to teach their students the subject matter and contents as well as being a technologically savvy individual wherein we have the right skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively which involves the understanding technical concepts, then knowing how to apply them in different contexts.
