Happy New Year, Michael and David! I remember Mott's Miniatures at Knott's Berry Farm too. I spent hours in there enchanted by all that I saw. Your house is lovely and so detailed. Such treasures to admire within. Like you I love beautiful dolls, antiques and old homes. We saw an 1890 house for sale in Walla Walla, WA (about 90 miles from here) and we were sorely tempted but reminded ourselves that we are in our late 60's and that house needed a complete restoration. Still, as a collector you know how tempting more space can be!
What a labor of love. I’ve been privileged to see this house in person, but I so appreciate seeing all this fabulousness room by room and piece by piece. Your love and respect for history and fine arts shine through, and I’m glad this wonderful dollhouse is under your care. Thanks for taking one for the team, Michael, it was worth it!
