I've only had mine for 6 months, and already the hinges on the reservoir stopper disintegrated, and the connectors on the bottom of the reservoir broke the very first time I attempted to remove it for cleaning. It's made out of incredibly cheap and brittle plastic. Total ripoff.
The running/usage time varies from one model to another and the different modes available and the reservoir sizes. Most cordless models last 30-45 seconds.
U Just have to get used to the buttons. After that, it feels nice like a spa in the mouth. The materials they use in this device feels much more superior than Waterpik I have had.
What a waste of money; wish I'd never bought one and a shame I can't find the receipt - NO POWER or water capacity to get anything out from between your teeth. It's IN THE BIN!
i know this is a year old but for anyone else (maybe it was just me and im stupid…) you’re supposed to push the head in until the blue ring, look at the damn manual
Excellent content! Keep up the great work you and your team do Jon.
Thanks, will do!
I've had 0 issues with mine.
Thank you very much for the review!

You're doing something wrong. Probably high setting.
Can’t get the nozzle head off. Don’t want to break it. Is there a release button or am I just not pulling hard enough? Thanks
There is a release button. Press down on the icon just behind the nozzle. That should release it.
Can you review the Silk'n Toothwave Toothbrush ? it uses Radiofrequences or something to also clean your teeth so I would like your opinion about it
It is on our list of products to test at some point. I am afraid I can't say for sure if we will or when this might be.
@@ElectricTeeth please consider doing it because I haven't seen an real review yet where the company didn't send the reviewers the toothbrush
