the other pursuit themes feel empowering, like you’re finally backing the culprit into a corner and everything’s going your way, but this one feels tense and urgent, like you’re almost there, you’re so close, but you have just one last hill to climb over, one last hurdle to clear, one final deathly trap by the culprit that you have to dig your way out of with your bare hands to finally win and get justice once and for all, but you’re not there yet, you have one final challenge between you and victory. you better not choke now.
I must be one of the only people who think this song slaps hard, the energy always gets me pumping for real. Not my favorite song out of all the games but still REALLY good in my limited personal opinion.
I think it's not as catchy, but it fits the nature of the cases better. Tons of angry energy with the staccato notes constantly hammering throughout the song. This is one of my Favorite pursuit theme in this series because it's also play with franziska when she said a strong theory and break phoenix's theory down
Absolutely INCREDIBLE pursuit theme! This is such an incredible piece of music that does so much right by pursuit theme standards. One of my favorites. Gives off a sense of urgency and fear, like you’re so close to finishing off the culprit but there’s one more large hurdle in your way. Fits with every case in JFA too. From the crazy to the scary and horrifying, it works so well regardless.
The composer for Justice for All, Naoto Tanaka, is also the person responsible for remastering the soundtracks of all three GBA games for the DS rereleases (all the music on this UA-cam channel), so there was literally no one more qualified to buff up Justice for All's pursuit theme than him.
Alright, the 1st one is iconic, but this one's pretty damn good as well! While the 1st one focuses on Wright's "gotcha!" moment, this one turns things around and resembles the prosecution's (especially von Karma's) plan cracking at its seams, and it's always super satisfying!
this one imo is just so good cus of how its used during the De Killer case, it really brings you that "oh shit" feeling and the tension, the one time when you dont know if this theme is exactly in your side or against as well as the many turns during the case
De Killer case is still one of my absolute favorites cus of how it played out, seemingly normal but then you reach the truth and it's one you would rather not learned but coming that far you can't just go half assed or there are many people that paid or will pay for it and can't let them down, it also really makes you question your own morals and all
I actually really like this theme, It sounds so chaotic. As in the case doesnt make any sense at all but you're going to perfectly explain it and reveal the truth, while everyone is in doubt.
0:00 there’s moments In this song and many others in the JFA series that speaks volumes at to what is actually occurring. Here it starts with a buildup with a new instrument introduced after every verse with a new set of notes. As if to say “We just found out one thing that is now leading to other possibilities” it then leads to a high pitched introduction to the chaos similar to 0:39. It almost sounds like a blaring alarm as the Defense and Prosecution are on now full alert as to the gravity of the situation presented. They both understand something inconsistent and case changing was said and now we get the high energy, upbeat melody following the alarm. This is different than the other pursuit themes where it feels like you have a particular witness on the run and the Prosecution scrambles to find an excuse. This theme feels more as if like “Some shit was said that changes the course of this entire perspective of the case and now both prosecutor and defense attorney are in a chaotic discussion to make sense of it”
