this was really great, learned a lot. hope you'll do more podcast production related videos in the future. also would love to see how you tackle fixing/leveling bad mixdowns that you're given that you can't remix.
Genia. Por primera vez me encuentro con un video sobre mezcla para podcast. Muy bien explicado. Muchas gracias. Brilliant. For the first time I come across a video about mixing for podcasts. Very well explained. Thank you so much.

Featuring music (whether live or taped) totally makes sense. And I do showcase a slight 'stereo mix' towards the end. But for dialogue-only, there's very little value-awareness to the average listener to have a stereo dialogue mix.
hey jas.... love your channel! I'm using sm7b>focusrite 212 (3rd) >laptop (Adobe Audition) I can't seem to figure out how to monitor out (real time) with f/x from laptop. I can only monitor from focusrite headphone out (front) but no f/x ....got any ideas how to fix that? Going crazy!

My numerous American Zen, Buddhist rock podcasts we’re always in stereo because they always featured new songs in every podcast.
