    Hi there, I just got this exact same model, and it was red from the second I took it out of the box. I can’t call levoit as they don’t pick up and have taken the plastic wrap off of the filters? Please help? Anything would help, Thanks 🙏

      First you turn on, then hold the powef button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will turn to white.

    Heyyy I've looked through your videos and don't see it but maybe you can help All of a sudden my generic smart plugs stopped responding with my Alexa. (My life is officially ending as i knew it if I have to go back to getting up to shut the lamp off lol) Like I said they are generic like jinvoo and olayah brands .. of course we don't have the papers with the QR codes cuz THAT would be normal and ya I'm not that kinda person lol Any idea why this happened. Or how I could fix it? Reaching out is a shot in the dark (both literally and figuratively lol) many thanks Going through and watching some of your other videos. I know eventually I'll need help with more than just my ear buds! 😊 Appreciate ya! 😊

Tysm I'll look for the pinhole Like I said tho I no longer have the manual they came with so I don't have that QR code and when I googled those names there's no info on them at all. Even Amazon isn't selling them anymore. I will look again. I don't think I can move forward without the QR code if I am able to reset it. I think it may be time to invest in brand name plugs Tysm for your help You're truly an asset! Glad I subscribed!! 😊
