- AJH showed his new modular system which is a custome design for Hans Zimmer. It will also be available for purchase for around 15.000 british pounds in the near future in limited quantities.

I love the sound of the AJH gear, and all these, as far as I see, anyway, are modules with history. So we know them, those of us who have followed AJH. Still, it seems like with should have had a listen as well as a chat. That said, thanks for the talk. I wish such a system were not so far from my budget's outer edge. I do not make movies and I don't bother releasing music. I do, however, make a hell of a racket when I get my hands on proper gear. Oh well, Hans will treat it well.
Dang, that was an interesting talk but I was hoping to hear how it sounds.
yeah same, like get on to playing it homie
Someone will probably soon show up in the comments and tell you there already are sound examples of these modules online, because they weren't designed for Hans Zimmer, as the video might indicate, but are simply just regular AJH eurorack modules already available, and the only unique thing is the case and the combination of modules in it.
For a studio centrepiece, I would have thought a 5U system would have made so much more sense (and probably cost the same) rather than a cramped Eurorack, a standard that is also very anachronistic for a restored Radiohponic Workshop, but it makes for a nice marketing strategy, I guess ... 🤷♂
Anyway, since the selling point of it also that it is a unified system, we'd still need sound examples to know some of the sonic possibilities of it as it is set up, so I also found it weird no demonstration was given. They're basically just selling it purely on the Hans Zimmer and Radiophonic Workshop names, even though neither is going to make it magically sound better - and definitely not make it better value for money - than whatever other system one can build for £15,000.
stereo AJH ❤
What is that music in the background. It put me in a trance.
This is great
We wanna hear it
bro be yapping
I hope Behringer makes it for a few thousand.
yeah great idea, and put AJH out of business.... seriously, don't say stuff like that... it's really shortsighted. And... AJH have already done an amazing job of making vintage synth sounds like Moog more accessible with their minimod range...
@@arentsynthsbrilliant-uq8hr Calm down bro, that is never going to happen.
