I don't know their history, but I've gathered that they've been friends since they were kids and grew to become best friends. I think Mingi is invested in Yunho so much where he expects for Yunho to always make time for him, to put him first, to do everything he wants to do because they are best friends. He says that everything is basically in consideration of Yunho whenever he does something, that something involving quality time with Yunho in some way. However, Yunho - as much as he values Mingi and continues to see him as his best friend - doesn't mind spending time doing different things with others. I feel like in that one clip Mingi probably realized right then that the level of investment into the relationship is different between them and it was hard to accept that. He probably felt he was losing his place or value in Yunho's social life over time for Yunho to prioritize doing the VLive with Wooyoung.
it hurts more when you realise how affectionate a person mingi is. Like he definitely has a high emotional intelligence and emotional dependence with it so the one person he knows best not investing as much energy as he thought or not prioritisng him like how he prioritises yunho is obvsly quite painful. Also, people have different types of love languages, maybe mingi's is quality time and touch and yunho might be different.
But, looking at it now, how many yungi vlives are there and how many yuwoo vlives? I believe mingi's feelings were justified. But oh well.. I guess it doesn't matter anymore. I am sure mingi has friends outside the industry whom he can have activities with. I guess, they are all good and fine.

it's alright guys. They all love each other, and yes it's true that friendship types can be different. I feel sorry for YunHo in this relationship because of MinGi's personality. MinGi is very possessive of YunHo and that's unfair to YunHo who likes to socialize with everyone. If you've ever had a friend or relative like MinGi, then you'll understand how draining and sometimes burdensome this type of relationship can be. At the end of the day, you still love them, and if you're the sort of person who can compromise to keep the peace, then they'll cling harder and drain you more. I'm not sociable like YunHo, but I compromised and regretted it, I had to start 'hiding' to get that friend to loosen their grip and widen out more. It was torture at times for me.
