Churros Dan Sos Coklat Lazat! | Churros With Chocolate Sauce

Churro adalah sangat mudah untuk disediakan dan menggunakan bahan yang ringkas. Alatan penting yang anda perlu ada ialah piping bag dengan muncung berbentuk bintang. Resepi ini adalah untuk 1-2 orang. Sila gandakan bahan2 untuk dapatkan hasil yang lebih banyak.
Resepi churro & sos coklat:
100ml air
30gm Mentega
Secubit Garam (Tidak perlu jika guna Mentega Bergaram)
1/2 sb Gula
70gm Tepung Gandum
1 biji Telur
Sos Coklat:
70 ml Susu
30gm Coklat
1/2 sk Vanila
1 sk Mentega
Making churros is pretty easy, using very basic ingredients. The only important utensil to be used is a piping bag with a star tip nozzle. This recipe is for 1-2 persons. You can double or triple the recipe if you’re serving more people.
Recipe for churros & chocolate sauce:
100ml Water
30gm Butter
Pinch of Salt (Skip if you use Salted Butter)
1/2 tbsp Sugar
70gm Plain Flour
1 nos Egg
Chocolate Sauce:
70ml Milk
30gm Chocolate
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Butter
