Yeah the only way to judge an individual player is to see where the team finished.

@@nathansolo2605 Yup, they sacked John Bomber Morris at the start of the 2021 season, because they had contracted Fitzgibbon for the following season, for no other reason than not wanting egg on their faces if Bomber took the team to a GF win. Ruining the players motivation and the season.
A club meeting with members was later held after Bomber's sacking and to say there was blood in the water because the members had torn the board a new one would be an understatement.
Having staved off bankruptcy multiple times since the Super League funds dried up, they go spend 6 million on an unknown quantity. So here we are 4 years later looking at a finals history of 0-8, so nothing has changed.
As a card carrying football club member and a fan of over 60 yrs, it's time for us all to stand up and tell the board to give themselves an uppercut, because they have learned nothing.

Hynes is not the 6 million dollar man. He's not delivering what his contract deserves. I'm a one eyed Sharkies fan of over 60 yrs and a card carrying member of the football club (not leagues club). But I'm tired of 'there's always next year' being the motto for the Shire. With the money the Sharks now have spent, losing 7 finals (most likely 8) is just not good enough and it's time for the members and the fans to stand up as one and say so.
People so quick to forget he was playing very well before origin. And it’s same story every year. As a sharks fan I love him but he needs to step down from origin selection at least for now
@@johnhaskins4889 This is the problem, when other teams are not performing or their coach is not putting in, other fans and members bay for blood in the water. Sharks fans are too nice. The club sacked John Morris as coach when the 2021 season had just started, when Fitzgibbon was not contracted until 2022. Morris had gotten them into the finals twice. Then left poor Josh Hannay to pick up the pieces of a shattered playing group. Ruining the 2021 season, despite Morris offering to see out the year. How stupid would the board look if he led them to the GF? Fitzgerald has had 3 years and the Sharks are still on a finals losing streak. One player doesn't make a team, but compared to the other top teams, who all flounder when they don't have their main play maker, the Sharks are floundering with him and look more like gummie's than great whites. Myself, as well as many others, are fed up with being nice about it. 🇪🇪🦈🇧🇼

@@user-iq6zh4tx3b I was impressed with Stonestreet and I'm surprised he isn't in the team given his height and width, hence why I moved the smaller Katoa to centre (cause you can't drop him) and Kennedy to bench for Explosiveness when required, he has the potential to be a super sub if you can train him up to be a Watson type of player, who can play everywhere
