Starstreem well she was designed to be a boy. And also, Flaky is whatever you prefer, in fact, thats how it is with every character in basically anything. It is your own head after all. So yeah remember this before someone tries to force any sort of opinion on you.
Also yeah about opinions, I personally think Flaky is he/him but I love how peaceful the Flaky fans are.
