The VOID BANLIST UPDATE list does not have my account listed for January until 06/05/2024. My account had a server connection failure. I tried several times to re-enter the game and an ACCESS RESTRICTION message appeared, a VALOFE error. I request that access restrictions be unlocked. If VALOFE refuses, I will contact the police and authorities to sue VALOFE for moral damages and false testimony and unfair ban. I hope to resolve everything here.
