+Kaleem Muneer Iske saath aap koi bhi masala curry, fried aur gravy non vegetarian dish ya phir gravy masala vegetarian curry, serve kar sakte hain Mr Kaleem.
Here is how to make besan,in a pan take two tsp oil when its hot add zeera,curry leaves, 2-3 slit green chillies,chopped onions and saute well..reduce the flame and add ginger garlic paste,haldi,1/4tsp chilli powder mix well add 3 tsp besan and saute well until all raw smell is gone..taking care not to burn it,add a cup of water and mix well so no lumps are formed...add 1/2 cup more water...mix,add kothmir(chopped)let it come to boil then simmer for like 5 min. ready to serve....enjoy
