should ask China to build you a proper international airport.. Afghanistan is a fascinating beautiful country.. you will need a world class airport to handle the new tourism in a few years time.. the Government should make it easy for travelling.. all can be done very quickly..
You mentioned it will accommodate 150 passengers in waiting area; that is too little which won't accommodate even one plane passengers. It should be much bigger, I believe it should take at least 1000 passengers (2 - 3 plane passengers).

They need to extand the airport four more times and with ten some big areas as they are building now because very soon millions of visitors will be coming to afghanistan as it gets more and more popular as it used to be....
