I’ve done that, I learned what sugar and processed foods do to my body and look at it differently and made it about health rather than weight and dropped 30 lbs. I rarely eat them now and maintain my weight . I actually changed my identity by asking myself, what would a fit and healthy person eat. And eventually became a fit and healthy person. I question food. What is this going to do to my body. Is it going to help me or hurt me, I also sit with my feelings and say, what is this feeling, what does it mean, where did it come from. Does it serve me?
