Thank you Shaan I always pray to God for my recovery and then I found you on UA-cam, since then I made progress every month of course 3 steps forward,2 steps backward , but I made lots and lots of progress, 70% of my anxiety+ physical symptoms dissipate .❤
I see the healing in waves, I had 2 days where I didn’t think about my symptoms, and then yesterday for alike half the day it was like it was always right in my face, but now I am reminding myself of all the truths for the proper mindset. Recovery is happening. I relaxed this happened to me 2 other times in my life and these videos align with how I recovered last time, but also I didn’t understand what was going on. Like this channel helps explain. Also, I hope now with this info, to not go in a fourth time.
After my panic attack, my ocd makes me triggered almost instantaneously and have unexplainable emotional responses relative to before my panic attack. Thank you
He is explaining that it is completely normal for that experience. Just you don't expect it because its slightly off the path usually followed. But, that doesn't mean it is something to be seen and feared. This guy breaks it down to real life responsibility. Just a slight path that goes a little off the usual direction.
Why after days of exposing i become overwhelmed and fatigued and suddenly all is hard again for me, just on different side? Is that way of subcon.mind to stop me from expoaing like with fatigue or what?
Does anybody else experience symptoms of difficulty breathing and/or faint heartbeat? I feel like my symptoms is kinda ass backwards then the usual/normal panic attacks symptoms?
Yes I do,but I've learnt that breathing comes naturally, you have to learn to release the tension in your body and don't pay attention to your heart so much ,I know it sounds impossible but you have to start desensitizing your nervous system.

Clicked so fast cause I have been struggling with this lately! Lemme go back to the video now😂
I stopped being emotionally reactive. At least I'm trying. Anger & worry are useless emotions. Thank you Shaan! :)
They are not useless at all. But exaggerating it is
@tobik2627 Does worry prevent anything bad from happening? Yell at someone your angry with and let me know who feels worse in the end.
