Do not spend Gems for rare buildings and use them for land instead. As soon as you research the 3rd age you will research the ability to build infinite amounts of houses etc. just like you can in the Egypt Event. You will run out of space very soon. And no. You won't get every land for free. There is a limited amount of land for free and another 18 land locked by Gems.
Can hardly do anything in the game, Gated by resources and energy to do anything. Getting pulls is like trying to get bitcoin. If u are a pay to play u will still be gated, unless u are a whale. Even then there is hardly any “ fun”events for a launch.
Question. Do we ever get rid of buildings as we go through the age? Like Stone Age farms. Do we keep them when going Bronze Age? Like in FoE? Or are we supposed to just keep upgrading them
Expansions are the best way to spend gems. The reason is you unlock unlimited buildings in tech tree (Greece I believe), and this will help you progress as it will let you build as many homes/goods you want just like in Egypt event. Special buildings are cool but you have to pay more gems to upgrade them every time you age up.
@StillAliveGG If this game works like RoC, you dont get all land for free. You have some left to unlock with gems. Also unlocking early lets you expand faster. Plus first land expansions are cheap and 1 exp can hold like 4 normal houses. Compare to luxury house's price tag. Up until land costs 1k or less land is better investment.
@@StillAliveGG you'll change your mind. land is the first priority. it has multiple benefits. yes you get some for free, but the land you buy with gems is a bonus on top of the land you unlock for free. and you can never have too much land.

Its a afk style game. Ur not supposed to have everything in 1 day. U need to play for several days and ull see a difference. The first day is slow.

? It is nothing like rise of kingdoms. There is no open map, ur not training troops to attack other ppls bases.
