AHHH the time has finally come!!! sharing my Everest Base Camp vlogs, the highs the very low lows and everything in between.
In this video I spent all night up with an unsettled stomach, and side effects of altitude sickness. We trekked over a glacier, and I ended up on a very basic plain food diet to help with my stomach.

@@EmmaPetoTravelsI am ur new subscriber, am from India,.. I wanna ask you something... Ur itinerary is different from other out there,... We thought u should see ebc first and then come to gokyo... But u have done other way around..... I just wanna know since already done it.... Which should I visit first gokyo or ebc first.... Either way we plan doing both... Not sure which to go first... Happy if u can anser😊
