And I love that he asked if Leland was some type of demon, or evil supernatural influencer? I used to think he was the demon showing up in the dreams, or they worked for him.

66 comments as I’m commenting This was 4 years ago, I found Evil series about a year ago and can’t stop watching the entire series over and over - they should NOT have canceled it: it’s going to be Paramount+ #1 mistake, I hope Netflix picks it up after it flew to the top of the charts in a week’s time. With all that said - it’s hard to watch Michael Emerson in literally anything anymore because he plays Leland so well; now just as a person Emerson scares the hell out of me because I can’t separate the two. I’m a psychoanalyst, and I love this show -- I recommend it to everyone no matter your beliefs or stances.
Great show! Excellent cast, great writing and direction. Love the set designs, lighting, and its multi layered story telling...but most of all its superb characters! Love it!
I've gotten that vibe too! Not only here but in other interviews. She touches him a lot as well. Maybe she's just a really friendly touchy-feely person??

Leland is a manipulator, but his character is played beautifully by Michael Emerson. He makes you want to hate him. 😂 Love the cast, they all seem to get along nicely. Hurry up and give us Season 4! 😂
The Kings seem to have taken a page from Bram Stokers storytelling, whereas he mixed fiction with some historical facts to add some believability to the fiction. They throw in current known info to tie it to what we are familiar with to trick us to follow the story trail....very smart and entertaining show...
