Bangor has a cathedral, university and its famous town clock, but to me Valla's is the most iconic place. The chips and the staff were both fantastic. Thank you, Robert, for making this wonderful film.
Valla's fish and chip shop in Bangor is unique ! I used to frequent the place a lot in the past when I was living first of all in the vicinity of Bangor and later in the city itself. Unfortunately, during the last quarter of a century, since I have been living at Llanrwst, I have been able to visit Valla's chip shop only once a year on average. I love the place ! Their food is out of this world and their staff are extremely friendly. Valla's fish and chip shop is the only place at which I eat on my annual visits to Bangor. Valla's fish and chip shop is well worth a visit. Seek it out !
