Well, Howard had developed as a person to be less of a creep. At this point he had already been chewed out by Penny about his attitude towards her specifically. This was essentially the main catalyst for his own self improvement.

Every one of the main guys changed the series went on, but I still find it amazing that Howard went from being a woman chaser to being a father of two kids and married with a beautiful brilliant woman. I’d say he’s come a long way

Howard's dress sense is ridiculously terrible. They didn't have to do him so dirty all the time.
And his haircut is ridiculous.
Howard was, at first, a character who disgusted me to my core. I always felt like going to vomit whenever he did his creepy flirts (specially with poor Penny), I am glad that Penny crushing his nose with a nice punch in S2E12 was not only well-deserved but also helped set him to the right path, thus making him a more endearing (or less repulsive) character.
I kinda felt bad for Howard but I didn't at the end of the day. He has no game and much more. Penny finally said something after he kept disrespecting her. Someone had to say it.
Howard is lucky to have Bernadette because she is Adorable, Cute and Sweet ❤️😘🩷💖😍🥰and Howard was happy to be with her😍🥰💖🩷😘❤️
Say what you will about him, at least he tries. Plus he got a cool job, lots of hobbies and willing to try new things. he only need to tone down the creepiness. As a side not I'd throw sheldon into the cross fire and said it was just friendly fire 😂

In some ways it is like NASA going into space as they use interesting equipment. But other people use similar electrons in their own equipment? Things that might make you think and go 'hmm?'
