An excellent days fishing and two nice browns 👍👍I reckon the Nothing fly would have taken a few fish for you. Have a look at Alec Harvey's UA-cam channel and if you check out his previous vids he shows you how to tie it. It's a really simple and very effective dry fly. If you don't tie flies I reckon he would sell you some if you contact him.
Well done, I've fished marton heath a few times over the past two years, but I've found it difficult there so I've blanked most times. Do you know what the average catch was for all the angelers their on that day? Plus, what strength and length leader were you using? Finally, do you know what time the lake shuts at this time off year? Thanks and well done 👍
Thanks, another angler said he had 7 at the end of the day. Another said he missed couple of but didn’t land any. When i looked on the report book, i think me and another angler only had caught 7 each. I normally use 12 ft (sometimes 9 ft)4x fluorocarbon leader. Sorry, i am not sure about the closing time as this was my first visit. I think better to give them a call.
I think you said you didn't have a black daddy. Colour one in with a permanent marker. Also when that fish took and you missed it, keep fishing it back the same as it may follow it and take it again, plus there could be fish right infront of you.
Your videos have really improved.
Nice fish!! Have you fished Blithfield Reservoir?
I have yes once but from the bank. This was my first time fishing on a reservoir. I had 1 fish and lost about 3.
Good video, nice to see the takes, well done.
Cheers, some of the takes were quite nice one.

Oh yeah, that's a nice shout. Cheers.
Yes, in the evening, browns were just jumping on the edge. They did not care about my presence...
@@Bijaypun225 usually fish that have been in for a while don't mind your presence. Fresh ones usually swim away.
@@Bijaypun225 They may be brownies. Those guys love lake edges.
Yeah and they go for natural one. not like fresh ones.
@@Bijaypun225 yes
