How to Photograph a Solar Eclipse

Adrian Bradley, who has shown us techniques to photograph astronomical objects so that the images are not featureless blobs, will guide us in getting good images in time for the April 8 solar eclipse. The total eclipse will be south of Michigan, but we should have over 90% of totality in Detroit. Detroit Publilc Library will have other programs about eclipses leading up to April 8, and viewing events at several branches.
DPL is partnering with WSU's planetarium on these talks related to astronomy.
