You have a VNE consideration when flying so high that would not have been in helicopters manual.

Are you saying the helicopter would have to have a very slow forward airspeed? (to avoid stalling the rotor blades I'm thinking here)

@@RelativeMotionCC basically yes, retreating blade stall happens at lower forwards speeds as altitude.
