I watched 1985-1986 on demand on vimeo. I loved it. I thought it had a great story. Acting had some cheesy parts I like. And there are a few questions I had in mind
@@Bronsonreal thank you for watching! Ask away! I’m an open book. Speaking of books there’s a book about the characters from burning bulb publishing. It’s set in 1984-1985. Then if you want to be in order there’s the movie 1985-1986 (book to be written) and then cool summer and future books and films planned.
@@AnhedeniaFilmz I had finished Insect and Cool Summer. They were both pretty "Cool" get it Cool Summer and said Cool. I enjoyed them on vimeo. They were entertaining.
@AnhedeniaFilmz I grew up going to shows in SLC, but I went to Toxic Shock on Mills Avenue in Montclair. I almost had a pair of vans stolen off my feet when I was sleeping in my car, not far from Chaffey High School. I was 18 and found out what the IE was all about. I am 54 and still a punk kid.
@AnhedeniaFilmz I live in Utah. My first show was the Dead Kennedys, Maimed for Life, and The Massacre Guys. The Massacre Guys had Stephen Eggerton and Karl Alverez, who are in the Descendents. Aldine Strychnine from Maimed for life was also in Poison Idea. That was my scene.
plenty of time to be mellow when you are dead. may as well do something now. About new music IMNSHO most of the "new" music today is terrible... for a lot of reasons. Not all of it but most of it. Lucky for us there are lifetimes of good older music. I'm going backwards in musical time.
@@cali4tune I find myself going back-and-forth! I think we’re just lucky that there’s a wealth of older music we can always tap into as well as a lot of newer music that we can also discover in ways that are much easier than they used to be. To be honest, though I do listen to a lot of music from the past myself.
@@reidellis1988 Last I checked the Exploited are still playing gigs so who could want more? I can't take new woke punks. I am aware that there are some good new bands around. Most promising is the whole New Wave Of Traditional Heavy Metal movement. Lot's of great albums coming out everyday. I say "great" because they do sound good and are generally likeable but so far none are "Classic" stand out albums IMO. One old band that is putting out some of their best stuff ever is Stryper... yes the bumble bees of rock. Give me your best 2 new punk bands and I will check them out assuming I don't know already.
Great store.

@AnhedeniaFilmz I'm watching Insects right now. I'll give my thoughts after watching it.
@@Bronsonreal awesome! It's kind of odd... and years later we made a sequel. The politically charged FLEAS 2: HOME REMEDIES!

@ thank you for the cool words about the films 🎥👍👍👍😀

@ it never leaves us right? And those memories help and shape and mold who we are. Are you in CA or SLC?

@cali4tune I am 54. I don't know what kind of music you like, but there are so many good new punk and hardcore bands. I will direct you if you want?
