I'm frustrated with this process and do not understand why a judge would waste time asking questions about job history, medical history, medications, home address, etc.. when this information has already been inputed into the system? Is it a tactic to waste time? I do appreciate your videos, I'll be sure to bring my lists.
They are there to be interrogators to some extent. They hope to weed out people who are not truly disabled. For example, if you applied due to bipolar disorder and claim that you haven't had an episode in almost a year, then the information from your doctor stating that you are disabled is given less credibility. Also, omissions can be interpreted in different ways. If you say that you watch TV all day, the judge can deny you stating that you have no issue watching TV all day. However, it's your job (and your attorney's job) to state that you perhaps have suicidal thoughts that disrupt even this activity
I need to report government officials from the way they treat people for their lack of needs SsI is for poor people mainly not just one race'gender'and age. the conflict of it all should be beneficial to everybody who can make a difference in their own life god is a king of every ruler not people or how religious any can be because if their color.
