Wow the King of Hyrule really trained the Castle Guards pretty well in the fortress because they got in trouble for not doing theyre job well

you get iron boots from the fishing game area by using the chicken to get in the pipe
2 ways. You can also kill the like like in the museum which is a whole other sequence which i suggest trying

looks like the face itself is custom, but the texture on the face uses parts of the texture for majora's mask :)
okayyy, that makes sense. the familiarity was driving me nuts - it was just a modified majora!
