In this chapter, Midoriya shockingly responds to Toga’s Boyfriend's proposal, Himiko Toga falls out of love and Round 2 between Toga and Ochaco Uraraka officially begins! Where do you read these chapters early?
I just hope Toga actually has found her one true love because she has not had that good of a life and izuku would most likely be the only one who would be able to give it to toga... They are complete opposites of eachother but they have some similarities of each other... toga and bakugou have some similarities between eachother but so does monoma and Bakugou and Toga... could they be cousins which have parents that do not like eachother we never see togas or Monomas parents (that i know)
I think the reason that he has so many hands is because he was using multiple people's hands as his power

I love how Deku was so totally caught off guard that he didn't even know how to respond. His brain short circuited so hard I thought he was Denki for a minute there. Also, Horikoshi is really popping off with Toga's facial expressions. Deku and Uraraka were the only things giving her comfort that things could get better. But now that they've both seemingly rejected her way of thinking, things probably aren't going to go too well.

I like how Hori *subverted* the trope of a love confession here by Uraraka in a high tense mid battle situation (like Hinata to Naruto for example), as Tsuyu said right now is not the time (seems meta). As I did see a lot of people think there would be Uraraka confessing to Deku here. lol
Sad part is, I WANT to see Uraraka help Toga, desperately and REFUSED to give up on the blonde vampire.
The hand jokes are getting too good now 💀💀
5:20 We the audience know that some of Toga's assessment here is wrong - since Uraraka said Toga is a person too in ch 342 and how Deku sees the child in Shigaraki.
It still doesn't change the fact that their society was a shitshow to begin with, I mean if anything probably one of the only things that keeps certain members from rethinking their position in the wars is the fact that they don't know the things Midoriya went through when he was quirkless.
Spinner and Toga would immediately relate to those prejudices, and personally I think an interaction like that would have them end up getting Midoriya to actually snap in anger at the both of them, in a "WELL AT LEAST YOU *HAD* A QUIRK THAT YOU COULD EVEN BE JUDGED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!" moment. Saying things like "I was the *only* person in my school that was quirkless, no one cared about me at all, getting beaten up for something I never had a choice in, and the teachers did _ *nothing* _ to stop it!!" and if he was a version of Midoriya that was actually capable of holding a grudge/slightly vengeful he would mention the suicide baiting.
I would personally love to beat the ever-loving shit out of many of those people, especially those horrid teachers. I personally feel like if I was in Midoriya's position I would've been fighting back constantly, I mean sure Bakugou was strong on an average level but he's just as susceptible to a punch in the throat as an average quirkless person (I'd later probably taunt him by saying "what's the matter? Can't beat a quirkless person without your quirk Sparkles?"). When I was young some of the only trouble I ever really got into at school was because I was trying to knock the egotistical shits off their high horse (still wish I had punched the one bitch at least once), so this probably would've happened because of my sense for equality.

@@legobrick1356 I mean Bakugo was literally punched so hard by All Might that he got launched 30 feet into the air. I'd say he could take a regular human punch just fine, and then launch a building-sized explosion at you.
@@pepsi-4275 Well...yeah I guess so, but that was after he was already at UA and had been given some actual training, after having encountered villains, the Sports Festival, and the training he likely did during those same 10 months. If we're talking pre-sludge villain though he likely wouldn't be as much of a punching bag back then (or at least that's what I think, since I believe the Sludge Villain was probably his wake-up call to get stronger instead of already being able to walk all over his whole Aldera class...and with his superiority complex he probably thought he was already far above everyone else, and therefore not need to train so much)
...plus I just really, _really_ hate Bakugou. I don't give a shit about whatever "development" people claim he's gotten, because suicide baiting is a point of no return. If you want an example of how badly things might've gone for him if Midoriya actually did it, you should check out the story "That time I was reborn as a warrior princess" on fanifction.net; it's a crossover story with Fire Emblem where Izuku reincarnates as Lucina and eventually ends up back in the MHA world...let's just say that Bakugou gets his comeuppance. (I literally know nothing about Fire Emblem but I found the story fairly enjoyable)

I like that Toga doesn't like her anymore cause it makes it easier for the fight to be brutal. Maybe Toga will learn something and so will our hero. Cause I get Toga but she also did kill ppl she's gotta be brought to justice

Honestly I’m ready for the story to cut to the other fights for a bit, cause we haven’t gotten a look at Shoto vs Dabi or AFO vs the Pro Heroes yet. NTM, Spinner and the rest of 1A and others still remain unaccounted for.

Kind of an off chapter tbh, it’s pretty much expected of Deku’s answer and of course he’s nervous with that response once again. I’m sorry but why let go of toga like that? They could’ve just slapped the cuffs on her or knock her out quickly and then leave, kill 2 birds with one stone. I get they have to expand the Toga vs Uraraka angle and all, but that was a dumb move.
Because Deku and Uraraka already discussed that she wanted to talk to Toga. Knocking her out immediately would defeat the purpose.

@@jeffreyali1456 the thing is he did wrap her up in blackwhip but Uraraka and Tsuyu told him he should go and get back to Shigaraki. They think they can handle it so he trusted them and left.
@@mrsrich3259 I know and my issue remains that they still could’ve used the cuffs while she was still binded by the whips and then Deku could’ve left while Tsu and Uraraka talked with Toga. Really would’ve taken less than a minute and killed 2 birds with one stone.
@@jeffreyali1456 In the painel where Toga recognizes Froppy, it shows that she also cut Deku's whips.
The decision was more like "Deku is more needed to fight Shigaraki, than helping restraining Toga quicker".

Lol I bet Shoto and Katsuki would of knocked her out by now too. And he leaves, I get Kohei did that so Ochako gets her shine. But that just didn’t make sense.
@@resolvedfate1295 The flow is better with images. Deku did grab with blackwhip from attacking Uraraka. Froppy told Deku to leave to Shigaraki. Shoto and Bakugo would also not have that happen too if plot demands it, like how Shoto didn't do much to Dabi in first war for example. lol
Deku wasn't doing nothing if you look at images for chapter...Toga hid herself in the mist before popping up again and danger sense doesn't work for her. He grabbed her with blackwhip as she went to stab Uraraka.
I want that. These shonen series are always so halfhearted with their “relationship” stuff. It’s always the same thing. Look at these characters that look at each other with a quick glance and get shy. Then 200 chapters later on the final chapter, Guess what they are married now. Actually commit to developing a relationship one time pls, shonen manga. For 15 year old kids hormones and the opposite sex (or same sex) takes up so much of their time but in these stories if u have a decent conversation with a female the whole fan base ships u and the writer laugh manically since they get to tease them for 5+ years with nothing moments.
To have a character love another so much that they are willing to risk their life for them to me is something that’s pure and amazing. I would like to see a girl have a moment like that instead of the guys but, at the same time MHA has done a terrible job of developing Uraraka and Deku yo this point(aside from her taking up for him going back to school) so it would feel pretty forced. I just would personally like to actually care about a nicely developed couple in battle shonen.
Also Toga’s character takes a huge hit in my opinion here. I understand her parents and the mask she had to wear stunted her growth considerably but damn is she dense. She loves two characters and asks them what do I want to do with me. One basically gives a slightly negative response in villain should be punished if they cross a line but now is trying to clarify that and Toga isn’t giving her a chance.
But Deku gave a pretty neutral response saying that he understand her but just don’t hurt that person. To me that’s a much more charitable response than I thought he would give.
In the end it seems like the only response Toga would accept woulda been “yes Toga please suck me dry and turn into me then I can date myself”
