J Cole disses Kendrick then apologises

J Cole has today apologised for a song he released on Friday .
The reason being is that it was a diss song he made against Kendrick Lamar. It wasn't a very good diss track in my opinion but it had a few lyrics in there that would have likely incurred the wrath of K Dot. Did he really feel bad about it all ? or was the underwhelming reaction to it give him the fear of a proper reply? Meanwhile, Drake and his ghost-writing corporation still remain silent. i don't understand the hate. we always knew Cole was never a waging war type guy, still, you can assert your "dominance" so to say in the rap game without engaging in unnecessary beef and drama. .that's not always how you stay relevant.
I think most of y'all forgot. and besides Cole was NOT the "main target" in the song anyways-
feeling like you shouldn't have put out a diss track as a response or a drama starter is COMMON IN RAP.
